  Pizza and cheese bread is meh...much better options out there. Trying it again due to tmobile Tuesday deal. Unfortunately, still not worth it.

  Service is always so terrible at this location. I expect to wait to in line at whataburger of course because you’re getting what you expect to be a fresh burger. But instead we constantly get cold and hard food from here. I always have to ask for something that was missing in my order whether it’s sauces or a whole meal. It’s ashamed that this location is so terrible. I was hoping through the years it would get better but it seems to only be getting worse.

  I ordered a 3-count chicken strip meal along with a kids cheeseburger meal. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was unacceptable. My daughter’s burger was not fresh and tasted bad, my drink was incorrect (I received a carbonated Coke instead of what I ordered), and my chicken strips were undercooked. Because of this, we were only able to eat the fries, and my daughter ate the cookie from her meal. I returned to the store and remained polite while explaining the situation. I only requested a refund for my daughter’s burger and my drink. However, I was not given the correct refund and was handed only $2, which did not reflect what I paid. When I brought back the undercooked chicken strips, I discarded them inside the facility out of frustration. This experience was disappointing not only due to the food quality but also because of how the situation was handled. I would appreciate this being addressed appropriately, including a proper refund and review of food quality and customer service standards.
