YOU MUST TRY THIS FOOD. I’m not lying when I say that it was one of the best things I’ve tried in a long time. Everything tasted fresh. The portions were great. And the flavor! Since the first bite I felt like I was transported to that another region! The start of the show was the noodles and the honey cake. That cake was without a doubt one of the best deserts I’ve ever tried. And I’ve eaten in a lot of places all along the world. Everyone must try this rare to find cuisine.

We had a fantastic date night here. Ordered the Uyghar Laghman (hand-pulled noodles) which were the perfect amount of chewiness. The meat was very tender with lots of vegetables. Lamb Skewers were heavily seasoned with cumin and very moist (unlike many restaurants which overcook kabobs). The samsa are tasty with a nice pastry shell.

Uyghur food is very delicious! We got the Korma chop, Lamb skewers and Crispy Nan on lamb kebab. Everything was very flavorful. The noodles in the korma chop were very chewy and tasted great. The crispy Nan on lamb kebab was spicy but very delicious. Never had crispy Nan before but they made it seem like I was eating fries. Highly recommend this place.

Amazing authentic Uyghur food! We ordered two lagmans and dumplings in broth, and everything was incredibly delicious. The dough was fresh and perfectly made, the sauce/gravy had amazing flavor, and you can really tell the ingredients are fresh. Service was excellent and the owner of the restaurant was super friendly and welcoming. One of the best authentic Uyghur spots we’ve tried, highly recommend!

Pros: • the atmosphere is culturally relevant, pretty, and interesting. • restaurant and bathroom was clean • the food was very nice! The noodles had a good chew. The meat was tender. The dishes aren't flavor bombs, but they're gently delicious. • the Honey Cake was SO GOOD. Perfectly not-top-sweet. • the gentleman and woman helping us were kind and helpful. Always spoke to us with a smile. Cons: • a little hard to grab someone for help, but they did eventually come around and were pleasant What a happy and unique experience! I'm so tickled to have tried Uyghur food since it's not available in my city. I suggest giving this small business your time ❤️
