    Came in on Saturday June 13th and placed a online order. My smoothie was ready but the food wasn't made. Bunch of kids standing around goofing off and saying profanity in the kitchen area. The women working did a excellent job taking over but the guys need some maturing in working.

    This is the absolute WORST Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I have ONLY had bad experiences the 3 times I have shopped here and I promise I'll never come back. The first time I placed an app order, received my food and my smoothie was half full and my sandwich was made incorrectly. I called to the store, because I was at work and couldn't leave right away, only to be hung up on by the manager, twice. I was able to go to the store about 30 minutes later and the manager was rude when I entered and inquired about what happened. They then had me waiting an additional 15 minutes to receive my corrected order. The 2nd time, (app order) my smoothie was not full and I was missing my side. I didn't go back that time, because I called several times and never got an answer. This last time was my final straw, I placed yet another order on the app to be picked up at a specific time. I gave them a few extra minutes before I arrived and my order still wasn't ready. When I asked if it was ready because I saw a few smoothies sitting off to the side, Dante told me "I'm here alone and it's going to be a while", I then asked if he knew if my order was actually ready because he never stopped what he was doing to check if my order was already made. He then told me, "I set the expectation, cancel if you want". Well you can't cancel in the app, I told him that and he proceeded to argue with me and tell me I could. There was another lady waiting for her order as well, she interrupted and asked for her receipt to come back for a refund because she was about to be late for work. I also was late to work due to waiting AND I didn't get my order, nor was it cancelled! So I lost out on breakfast and my money. That'll be the very last time I order from here. They have the worst customer service, they are never staffed, everyone is rude, and your order will likely not be right! I too work in retail and truly understand the frustration when you are alone and overwhelmed, but you have to know how to talk to people to eliminate the situation rather than adding fuel to the fire!!! Edit to add: I did go back later to get a refund and the "assistant manager" was very apologetic while listening to the issue.

    This was my first visit to this Tropical Smoothie location. I have been a Tropical Smoothie customer for over a decade and have visited multiple locations across the United States. Until now, I had never had a negative experience. During my visit, I noticed a blonde-haired employee preparing orders out of sequence. I specifically observed a customer who ordered after me receive both their food and smoothie before I received my order. From what I could see, several customers who had ordered earlier were still waiting as well. I was also concerned by the way promotional “buy one, get one free” cards were being distributed. The employee appeared to be selectively handing them out rather than offering them consistently to customers. As I watched, I noticed what seemed to be a pattern in who was receiving the cards, which left me feeling uncomfortable and concerned about whether all customers were being treated fairly. I brought my concerns to the manager’s attention. Unfortunately, I felt my concerns were dismissed when the response I received was simply an offer for a discount card. My concern was not about receiving a promotion myself, but about the fairness and consistency of customer service. To add to my disappointment, my smoothie was not filled to the top, which further contributed to the poor experience. Tropical Smoothie has always been a place where I have received excellent service, which is why this experience was so surprising and disappointing. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and reviews their customer service practices to ensure all guests are treated fairly and consistently.
