  Tropical Smoothie Cafe was the perfect post-park and fishing stop after Old Settlers Park. We had a BOGO coupon, grabbed smoothies for the family, and everybody enjoyed theirs. Smooth, flavorful, refreshing, and made quickly. Emma gave us good customer service, which made the stop feel easy and pleasant. Good taste, good service, and a nice little reward after being outside. We definitely see ourselves coming back.

  The women server Nika is so RUDE.. I was standing up at front waiting to be served.. She gave someone there food looked at me then got on her cell phone. Dante stepped in and took my order and made my order happen.. Maybe the other lady just needs to find another job if she cant get off the phone..

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I placed an order online, only to arrive and be told they were out of acai base. When I asked if they could substitute it with oatmeal, they informed me they were out of that as well. Instead of offering any other solution, I was told I’d have to contact the manager for a refund. After calling the manager, he said it would be handled, but I never received my refund. To add to the poor experience, I noticed an employee’s purse on the food preparation area, which felt quite unprofessional. Overall, the staff’s attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. I cannot recommend this location based on this experience

  This place is not a place I would recommend. 1st off the service is not great with bad music being played which doesn’t have a welcoming feel. When I’m inside the store I don’t feel welcome at all and the bathrooms sometimes are left a mess like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. 2nd last time I got a wrap it took a while to make it and it was cold. It was good after I asked for it to be reheated but it shouldn’t take multiple times to have it at standards. Finally there are gnats flying everywhere around the store and attacking the workers and customers. It gets tiring when I’m trying to enjoy my meal and I’m getting swarmed with gnats. Please address these problems for future customers.

  The food is amazing, but I went there on five different occasions very bad music playing in there every time I went. The music had profanity and sexual content. Very unprofessional
