- WHWillow HuddlestonJul 3, 20261.0Me and my roommate have been loyal customers ever since we moved into the colony, and today I was given awful service that felt very uncomfortable. The manager lady, at least I believe she is the manager. The one with green hair. She offered to do check out for me, I said I'd rather do it myself. Her and her employee were standing at the area for them to scan items for customers. She and that employee then walked over to me while I was in the self check out, stood right next to me, inches away, and had a conversation loudly the entire time I was trying to check out. There was no one else in the self check out lane. And then, she put a sticker on my bounty thing of paper towels, and said "now you're official." I asked what she meant. She told me her policy now is that any big items need to have a sticker on them before you are able to leave the store. She then stood there right next to me the entire rest of the time I was checking out. I've been a loyal customer here and to get this kind of treatment is extremely disrespectful and I'm not sure how to feel. Won't be coming back here again, it just felt extremely awkward and like something bad was in the air.
