- JPJanne Palthe1 day ago1.0Bought milk on 7/13 that had expired 7/10...obviously not realising until stricken with diarrhoea for over 12 hours. Returned and stated how it had made me sick. Response - exchange it. No refund or offer of electrolytes to help my recovery - seemed to be a normal occurrence. How can dairy products with expiration date of 10 July be allowed to be on sale on13 July??? Now realise that the sour face staff must drink their own products (one exception - the lovely "mature" lady on pick ups who helped out 2 weeks ago when sour face wiry customer service lady rudely stated I couldn't get offer when my app wasn't working).

The cake section used to be huge, but now it's maybe 1/3 the size it was, and a lot of it is made by other companies and is much more expensive than the TT bakery. Today I went for cake and was excited to find the in-store baked carrot cake only get it home and find that it's just cake. Where are the carrots? Where are the raisins and nuts? The texture is the best part of carrot cake and this is a sproingy sponge. The icing is maybe 1/8" thick, you can see the cake through it in spots. This is just spiced cake with a few token carrot shreds and maybe 10 raisins in the entire 4x4" slice. Yes, of course I still ate it.
