It's so unfortunate how the service and the overall atmosphere had taken a nose drive. Not only are they always short staffed, but they're also very slow and unprofessional in the way they function behind the counter--not to mention they do not seem to wear gloves while preparing food which is extremely disappointing. Today was most likely my last visit to this very store unless and until they hire mlre folks and re-train their existing staff with strict hygiene policy. If not, they will continue to lose business left and right.

Ordered online for pickup. Reached restaurant ahead of scheduled time. Made enquiry about food, in response told to wait it's being prepared. Went in to ask again after 10 min, some different person at counter said, your food order got missed and will quickly get on it. Also got told they are out of fries, which was fine so replaced it with something else. Got the food nicely packed after 15 more min, got home and to our disappointment chicken was partly cooked. Peri Peri is our favorite go to place but will keep this review and rating till they change the service which they use to be

This used to be a great spot but on my recent visit:
* None of the fountain drink flavors were working. Only weird ones like Orange Coke.
* Fries were unavailable. The rest of the sides were so bad
* The amount of food for the money was not worth it at all. The chicken leg quarter was just tiny and just bones.

The owner really needs to see this. We placed our order at 9:13 PM, and it’s now 10:14 PM without our food and false promises the food will be out in another 20 minutes. The staff is still struggling to get Uber Eats orders out. The employees are clearly doing their best, but they’re severely understaffed for how busy this restaurant is.
Because of this, the environment has become chaotic, with frustrated customers taking it out on the workers, which is honestly unfair to them. This isn’t a staff issue—it’s a management problem. There simply aren’t enough employees scheduled to handle the volume of orders.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews—in fact, this is my first time doing so—but the experience was bad enough that I felt it needed to be said. I hope the owner takes this seriously and makes changes, because the staff deserves better support, and customers deserve a smoother experience
