  I have been coming here for years. First off the quality of food has drastically decreased. We got two chicken and rices and a sizzler and all three of them were bland and flavorless. The tables have trash and plates left while the workers are standing behind the counter talking. I noticed that our table was dirty and we tried cleaning the table however the stuff wasn't coming off. I went up to the worker (he was a short, black haired guy) and asked very politely if he could have someone clean our table with which he responds very rudely, "you can just go sit at another table" so I was like well we already sat down so can someone please clean our table? He responded with "no you guys already sat down you can just move" as a food service worker myself I was appalled at the lack of respect and manners. The second worker came and delivered our sandwich and she also very rudely said "here you go". Third and final straw was that in one of the chicken and rice dishes we found a hair and it definitely was not ours. Suffice to say I will not be coming back. A shame since this place used to be good.

  I tried calling 10 times to put in order to go just cuz they sometime mess up online orders but no one picked up. Drove 30 minutes to get food and finds out most of the spice levels their peri fries are no more on the weekend around 6pm not normal weekday late at night. Not sure if the owners are changed i use to go there at least once a week but never going again. This is bad customer service.

  After dining in the restaurant, the lady at the desk refused to give me the sauce to go and wanted to charge after already paying for food and everything else. The customer service at this location is terrible and the Irving location treats the customers very well! The lady at the counter was so rude and unhelpful.

  Giving a one star coz these guys never lift calls to place an order for pickup Been trying since 3 days and they never lift calls Such an irritating service and I guess the owners can leave out hopes on getting their pickup business right

  The chicken was delicious. The packaging for my take away was not. The peri peri sauce was all over the inside of the paper bag. No cutlery or napkins. I am staying at a hotel. None of those things in my room. All in, the chicken was worth it.
