This location is terrible. I sat in the drive thru line alone for 4-5 minutes with one car ahead at the window. Finally I pulled around and went inside. There were two employees inside and they both ignored me until finally I said, are you guys open? A woman walked to the counter and she said yes. I haven’t been here in a while, so I asked her what all came on the Cantina chicken crispy taco and she said something in Spanish to her coworker, Then looked back at me and said only? I said what comes on it I haven’t had it before… And she just looked at me like she had no clue what I was saying. No one working in the restaurant spoke English. You should probably try to have someone who speaks fluent English on staff at all times for your customers that are American and only speak English.

That was the worst version of Taco Bell i have ever eaten. Longest drive through wait about 15 minutes for 2 cars. All 3 hard tacos were broken, lettuce was going bad and the burrito was cold and hard. I havent had this problem at other locations but ill never return and waste money here again. Cant risk possible food poisoning.

Waited in the drive-thru for about 45 minutes with only four cars ahead of me. This was easily the slowest and least efficient Taco Bell drive-thru I’ve experienced. At least three cars left the line because of the delay, it would have been even longer otherwise. I had already placed an online order, so I had no choice but to stay. Not sure if it’s a staffing issue or something else, but there’s clearly a major problem that needs to be addressed. The food was decent, what you’d expect from Taco Bell, but the wait time was unacceptable.

While visiting the restaurant, I observed a tall male employee with brown hair and glasses eating food while actively preparing other items. He then pulled out his cell phone and used it. Nearby, a younger female employee (who appeared somewhat chunky) was also preparing food. She took her phone out of her pocket, texted for several minutes, and then resumed handling food- all while wearing gloves. This is highly unhygienic and concerning. Gloves are intended solely for food contact and should not be used to touch phones, faces, or anything else. Eating or using personal devices in the food prep area introduces risks of cross-contamination from bacteria commonly found on phones and hands. Basic food safety protocols—such as proper handwashing, changing gloves between tasks, and avoiding non-food activities during preparation—were clearly not being followed. It raises questions about whether management or the owner prioritizes hygiene standards. Does this establishment fall under the oversight of the Fort Worth/Tarrant County local health department or directly under the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS)? Yuck. Proper hygiene in food handling is a fundamental expectation, and it wasn’t observed here.
