I don’t usually write reviews or complain, but my experience at this Taco Bell location today was unacceptable. I placed an order through the Taco Bell app, and due to what appeared to be a glitch or phone error, my order was sent to the wrong location. That part was ultimately my mistake. Earlier that day I had donated blood, which left me feeling weak and hungry, so I called this location beforehand to politely explain the situation and ask if my order could be fulfilled here instead. The woman who identified herself as the general manager sounded understanding and told me to wait while she contacted her boss. After waiting, I called back and was hung up on. When I arrived in person, she asked to see my receipt. I had to step outside to access Wi-Fi since this location does not provide it. After finally pulling up my receipt, I was told nothing could be done and that I would need to place a new order if I wanted food from this location. I left as instructed and placed a new order. Believing everything was resolved, I returned to pick up the food I had just been told to order. Instead of helping me, the manager went to the back and called the police because I came back inside — even though I had followed her instructions and made another purchase. Throughout the entire situation, I remained calm and respectful. I never raised my voice or insulted anyone. Despite that, the police were called, and I ended up spending more money than I planned on food I didn’t even want. I understand the original ordering mistake was mine, but the situation could have been handled with basic communication and customer service. I believed all Taco Bell locations operated under the same company standards, so I don’t understand why assisting a paying customer became such a problem. This experience was extremely disappointing, and it may be a long time before I return to Taco Bell.

Every. Single. Time I come here, my order is wrong. It doesn’t matter if it’s through drive thru or dine in, I’m either always missing items or am given the incorrect/someone else’s order to take home. Given the quality of food at this location, it’s not even worth it atp.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Taco Bell. I placed a dine‑in order and waited over 30 minutes. I had to ask twice if my food was ready, and both times I was told they were still working on it. Turns out the order had been sitting in a bag in the wrong area the entire time — completely cold. When I opened the tacos, there was barely any meat in them. Overall, extremely disappointing. I won’t be returning to this location again.

What can I say, it's a Taco Bell. I only use the drive-thru. Good menu with occasional special items. Only downside is they occasionally get my order wrong but it's too far away to go back.

I stopped by to get some food, and they gave me an unheated quesadilla and cold fries. I went back inside, and they gave me hot fries, but by the time I got home, the quesadilla was completely cold. This is the worst place I could have possibly gone; I paid $33 for nothing. The staff there actually got annoyed at me for a mistake *they* had made.
