    (Edit 5⭐️ → 1⭐️) 🚩MISSING ingredients, SMALL portions, unhelpful employees—go to a different subway🚩 The store made my footlong incorrectly- it was missing guacamole / avocado. I took photos and tried calling the store, but nobody answered. I assumed this was a simple mistake that could be easily corrected on my next visit. Today, I stopped by with my dog waiting outside, expecting a quick in-and-out visit, but the situation dragged on. Ultimately, I left empty-handed without a corrected sandwich after a prolonged and distressing experience involving harassment, poor handling of the situation, and wasted time. Instead of a clear or respectful fix, I was told by the employee and manager that it was “too late,” asked to come back another day with no guarantee of a remake (only a “maybe- probably not”), and then given inconsistent alternatives (cookies, then a 6-inch). What was most upsetting was that during this interaction, another man began aggressively harassing me—getting in my face, and repeatedly cursing at me nonstop for “holding up the line.” This is all on camera. I experienced this unnecessary harassment because my order had not been made correctly. I am a younger female, and the man harassing me was older with an unkempt appearance and a noticeable unpleasant odor, which made the situation feel unsafe. This was extremely distressing, and at no point did staff step in to de-escalate the situation or ensure a safe environment. Instead, the employee engaged with that man in a way that made it seem like I was the problem, rather than addressing the harassment. I was told all this was my fault for returning “too late,” but I would not have had to return if: 1) My order had been made correctly in the first place 2) The store had answered my call when I tried to resolve it immediately I had no idea there was any kind of “deadline”. If someone had answered the phone and explained that, I would have returned sooner. If such a strict policy exists, it should be clearly communicated to customers rather than assumed. Today I felt like an annoyance and burden rather than a valued customer. Disappointment is an understatement, especially because this used to be a place I liked. ---- (Original- 3 years ago) We come to this location often since it's clean and the subs are great. The sandwiches are fresh and they give good portions. Subways around here have closing times listed as 9:30pm, but all of them really close at 9pm- including this location. Not a big problem as long as you're aware of the real closing time: 9pm! Mobile orders can still be placed after 9 for some reason, but the doors are locked.
