  Bad customer service. Went to 2 different stalls thinking your stuff is broken. Never was helped. Everyone else that came after us was helped. Will not be going back. 8-14-2026 12:30 you don't deserve 1 star

  Twice I’ve gone now to this location and seen only one person on staff. Absolutely ridiculous that this is even allowed. No one should be left alone on shift. Why is management not taking accountability for this. I feel horrible for the workers that have no choice but work at this terrible establishment. Please take your money elsewhere. Shame on management, you should be embarrassed

  They ran out of ice cream for a medium sonic blast with m&ms and offered an item/ drink in exchange. When we asked if we could get a refund for the ice cream since a large soda isn’t really equivalent in price, we were told we’d have to give all of the drinks back on the order in order to receive a refund. We weren’t offered any other items to compensate for the price difference or inconvenience.

  Not sure whether it is corporate being greedy or a bad manager, but it is often that the store only has 1-2 employees staffed. It is incredibly unfair to the employees who are working incredibly hard but still fall behind due to poor management. Do better Sonic.

  I loveeee sonic! This one is the closest to my house, the only critique I have for this one is the hours it’s open. Doesn’t open up early enough or stay open late enough! Other than that I love everything.
