  Worst Sonic I've been to. The service is horrible. They gave little ice and limes.

  It took 30 minutes to get a bag of ice and it included multiple red button pushes. If a bag of ice is available on the app, I couldn't find it as there is not a search function.

  Horrible service. Forgot part of my order. Called and explained the situation requesting a refund please since I will not be making the time to drive all the way back. She wouldn’t take down the confirmation number or do any investigation besides asking a coworker next to her if she knew. Lied and shouted “this lady is DEMANDING mozzarella sticks and she wants them NOW”. I stated exactly “hi I just picked up a mobile order and did not receive the motz sticks I ordered. I do not plan on driving back to get them so I’d like a refund please”. Took down my phone number and name and said her manager would handle it later because they’re super busy. Plenty of empty stalls when I was there…

  TOOK FOREVER! They canceled our red button 20 times. Food is good but they need help or something because the staff sucks
