Horrible customer service! My lemonade tasted like kombucha. I tried to give them another try. I waited for almost 10 minutes and no one ever answered. I saw a worker as I was driving off and she took my order and I paid at the menu. It went through but she tried to charge me again. So now I'm charged and still don't have a drink. And wouldn't you know, there's no manager available. TERRIBLE! I Want my money back!

This location constantly messes up my mobile order or loses it completely. The staff makes no effort to try and contact you or give you any attention to resolve it when they are literally standing 10 ft away.

Horrible incompetence and staff. I usually order my food through the app, which is what I did at this location. I ordered two triple smashers and when I checked in and picked up the order, it wasn’t until I got home that I realized that they had only given me two patties instead of three to make it a triple smasher, which is what I ordered. On top of that when I called the store, they would not answer the phone at all, no matter how many times I called or no matter what hour of the day that I called. I called customer service and they refused to give me a refund. I went back to the sonic location and told them about the issue and they offered to remake it, but it took them 20 minutes to make two plain triple smashers with only meat and bread, no cheese and when they brought it out they put cheese on the order, even though I gave them my receipt and they saw exactly what I had ordered previously and I stressed that it was completely plain with no cheese. So I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to fix my food and finally bring it out and then I noticed that they did not use the smasher beef that comes on all of the smasher burgers. They used the soy meat that comes on all of the regular sonic burgers. The person who claimed she was a manager was a Hispanic female with dyed honey blonde hair, and fake eyelashes. Very incompetent staff to say the least. I will not be back at this location. Sonic needs to hire a better staff.

This sonic location has always been kind of blah. Supper slow at getting food and responding to customers when they pull up and his the bottom to order. Also, there are like the one place left on earth that doesn't have tap to pay. That's really unfortunate. I was advised to download the app and do mobile order but it makes no sense to do that if I'm at the dang place. Lol. It is what it is. Bit they really need to get a tap to pay system in place. Even it ist just one of those model things.
