  This was my second encounter with an employee named Vintasia, who goes by Asia, and unfortunately, both experiences have involved the same unpleasant attitude. She is easily identifiable by her colored contact lenses. During my previous visit, she was the employee who brought out my food. She did not speak, greet me, or acknowledge me when delivering the order and had an attitude. This time, she was the employee taking my order. Her attitude was again very rude and unfriendly. I asked her about her attitude, and she responded by telling me, “You can go to another Sonic.” I found that response extremely unprofessional and inappropriate for someone interacting with customers. I honestly do not understand why this type of customer service continues to be tolerated. The other employees I have encountered at this Sonic have been wonderful, friendly, and helpful. My concern is specifically with this employee and the repeated lack of basic courtesy and professionalism during my interactions with her. I hope management will address this matter.

  Did a mobile order and 15 mins after arriving it still wasn’t ready. Whats the point of using the app if my food still won’t be ready?

  Overall things were good. Unfortunately it did take a long time to get our food. I don't know if they were running short-staffed or what might have been going on, but it did seem that that was the case.
