  They take 10-15 minutes to get a single persons order out. Even if it is just a drink. I used to work a sonic and I get they can get busy but it doesn’t matter what time you come or how busy the my are. They are slow and the food/drinks are not even worth it. I’ve given them a dozen chances throughout the last 3 years and today was my last straw. They should close this location and replace it with a whole nother establishment

  Wish I could give zero stars. Waited for almost 30 minutes just for our drinks to be melted. Worst sonic experience I’ve ever had.

  For the Mother of God, get at least a third of the order stations working. Most cannot take cards. Many others the touchscreens don't wor. Other screens are completely out. It is costing you substantial business from frustrated customers, and also custo

  Last two time we’ve visited the drinks are watered down and made incorrectly. Also, 15 minutes for two drinks . Please retrain staff.
