  Would not recommend.. This use to be our go-to Saltgrass but recently had a pretty bad experience with my dad’s birthday. We made a reservation but it took 40 minutes to start our order. The main food didn’t come for over an hour. I even brought a cake 5 hours in advance, asked that they would bring it out after eating our entrees. Not only did they not bring it out, they spoiled the surprise by telling my dad there’s a cake for him and they brought it out with no candles and inside the box? Also, the quality of the steak went down and the price went up. It’s thinner than what it use to be and overly season compared to the standard I know Saltgrass to be. For 40$ go buy a steak elsewhere. I get trying to save a dollar but at least keep the steak the same size for the price bump? We were long time customers of Saltgrass but it’s sad how much the quality and service degraded over the past year.

  All I can really say is that the food was average, nothing special to talk about. The service was good, not great, and the atmosphere was like any other chain restaurant at noon. While I had no major complaints, there was nothing about this visit to make me want to eat there again.

  Went for mother's Day at 430. I understand it's one of the worst days in the restaurant business. The service could have been better. Water was never brought out, extra butter for the potato was missed. Just simple things that are on the ticket. I felt there was more of a push for upsell on appetizers and add-ons to get a bigger ticket.

  The food was great, and I was thoroughly impressed that my leftover steak the next day was just as tender and flavorful! No more roadhouse for me 🤣

  Decent food, some steaks not the best, if I was to compare, Texas road house is better for the cost,typically packed and have to wait. Plano Salt grass / old Joe's crab shack, you can pretty much walk in and be seated without a wait anytime, like the atmosphere, Nice staff.
