- SDsankalp desaiMay 9, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at Qdoba during a recent dinner visit. When we arrived, there was a long line, which we didn’t mind initially. However, we noticed something concerning—the staff were not changing their gloves between handling different orders, including meat items. As vegetarians, this is very important to us. When it was our turn, we politely requested the staff to change their gloves before preparing our food. Instead of taking our concern seriously, they laughed and began speaking in Spanish in a way that felt like they were making fun of us. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. According to basic food safety standards, gloves should be changed between orders, especially when handling different types of food. Ignoring this and then mocking customers for raising a valid concern is unacceptable. To make matters worse, we were also charged extra for a standard veggie bowl without any clear explanation. Overall, this was a very disrespectful and unpleasant experience. Due to this incident, I will not be returning to this location or recommending it to others.

However, they did brew some tea for me, so that was nice.... however, AI was half way done with my meal by then. The food was edible but not an experience worth repeating anytime soon.
