  From the moment I walked into Princi, I had a really pleasant experience. Right when I arrived, I was greeted at the door by Delta, and she immediately made me feel welcomed. She was very kind, friendly, and attentive, which really set a positive tone for the rest of my visit. It’s always nice when the first person you encounter at a restaurant makes you feel genuinely taken care of, and Delta definitely did that. After being seated and getting settled in, I was able to enjoy the atmosphere and take in the overall experience at Princi. The restaurant had a nice energy, and I appreciated the attention to detail from the beginning. The staff was welcoming and made the experience feel comfortable rather than rushed. I ordered a salad, and although I found it to be a little too salty for my personal taste, what really stood out to me was how quickly the situation was handled. As soon as I mentioned it, Delta was incredibly attentive and catered to me right away. She listened to my concern without making me feel uncomfortable about bringing it up and made sure I was taken care of. That level of responsiveness really made a difference. For me, a great restaurant experience isn’t necessarily about everything being absolutely perfect. It’s about how the staff responds when something isn’t quite right, and Delta handled it exceptionally well. She was attentive, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had a good experience. Throughout the rest of my visit, I continued to feel welcomed and looked after. The service was personable, and I appreciated the effort that went into making my visit enjoyable. Even though the salad was a little salty, that small issue didn’t overshadow the overall experience because of how quickly and thoughtfully it was addressed. By the end of my visit, I left feeling positive about my experience at Princi. I especially want to recognize Delta because her hospitality and attentiveness really stood out. She made a great first impression when I walked through the door and continued to make sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience at Princi. From the warm greeting at the entrance to the attentive service throughout my meal, I felt welcomed and valued as a guest. I would definitely come back, and I hope Delta gets recognized for the wonderful hospitality she provided. A small issue with my salad could have easily affected my experience, but because she handled it so quickly and professionally, it actually showed me how much the staff cares about their guests. Thank you to the Princi team, and especially Delta, for making my visit a memorable one!

  Very sad to see this restaurant go so downhill since our last visit. The Monday night service was abysmal and probably the strangest dining experience I’ve had. Two of the servers seemed coked out and there didn’t appear to be a manager in sight. We had already been there 30 minutes and mid conversation our server randomly interrupted by putting his hand in our 75 year old mother’s face and said “are you not going to shake my hand?” She reluctantly agreed to avoid awkwardness and he then proceeded to aggressively shake her hand. He just continued to interrupt us throughout the night with weird comments and made us cringe when we saw him walking towards us. At one point he asked us if we would come help him clean the restaurant?? There was another server in our area that was so disheveled, hair a complete mess, and she really looked to be on drugs. She kept going to tables and singing her (very long/loud) version of happy birthday. The professionalism is non-existent here. It didn’t used to be this way. We ordered a nice bottle of wine and as he’s pouring he says “tell me when” to each of us - then told us we were in charge of our refills. Not that we can’t pour ourselves but for the price-tag here, that just really surprises me. The food was the *best* part of the experience and wasn’t even good. Pasta was very bland, lacked salt and not worth the price. I could keep going. We all left really irritated by the whole experience.

  Fantastic experience!! The food is so fresh, prices are reasonable and environment is always a great vibe. It’s a rare combination in today’s economy. Never disappoints, can’t wait to return to this gem!

  We celebrated a friends birthday. I had the limoncello basil martini. We enjoyed the 3 chesse flatbread as an appetizer and our friends enjoyed a proseco with the fig and gorganzola burchetta. We split the parmesan crusted halibut picatta. One enjoyed the veal saltimboca. Fabulous meal and we enjoyed a Docg Vermintino with our meals. Waitstaff were fantastic!!
