  The food and service were good. I did think it was a little pricey for lunch. As a side note: this restaurant does have a 3% upcharge for using credit.

  I’ve been here twice so far, and it is my favorite restaurant in Plano. I can’t wait to take my friends back here.

  Bu the name Tortilla Factory you expect two ladies in the kitchen doing home made tortillas, instead one only guy in the restaurant receiving, "cooking", and serving Kroger Tortillas and cans food. Unbelievable!

  Fantastic authentic food and exceptional cocktails. The team was very welcoming, the decor was contemporary and colorful. Jesse makes great drinks - ask for his Mezcal options, you won't be disappointed. 10/10 👌

  I found this restaurant by chance when googling Mexican food near me. I am so glad we chose it. The food was not only authentic, but amazing! The BEST tamales I have ever had. The owner and staff are superb and so friendly. Jesse gave outstanding service. It was clean and great atmosphere. We from out of town but will definitely be coming back when we are in Plano. 💜🫔🇲🇽
