I just wanted to highlight that I made a mistake last night yesterday with ordering online. I was so pleased with the young lady who answered the phone and how they escalated the issue once I called and explained the situation. The manager from last night was awesome as well. I still feel bad for causing the mishap but the way the team fixed it and my food came delicious and hot made my night. I just wanted to commend the night shift from last night!
