    ***WARNING*** Order at this location at your own risk. I’m posting this review to save you from a lot of frustration. I ordered from this location and they made the mistake of giving me the wrong chicken wings. I immediately called the restaurant and the manager gave me an extremely hard time and didn’t want to credit me the full price and tried to twist my arm into taking a partial credit. After I explained that I would not accept that, he finally told me he’d give me a full credit. The very next day, I called in to place the order for the wings and was given the extreme run around. The manager on duty lied to me and told me the app should allow me to order with the credit, and she knew the order needed to be rung out in the store. It was so obvious that they just didn’t want to make the situation right, and honoring the credit for their mistake was just a bridge too far. It was truly sad to see the lengths they were going over $10.19. I even asked to email the manager about the situation, and was told the only email the manager has is personal, so I couldn’t email them nor could it be shared. What’s even more concerning is that I told the corporate office about this very discriminatory & predatory experience and all they offered was a large pizza to sweep the situation under the rug. It’s a shame that Pizza Hut is willing to let a franchisee erode trust and confidence in the Pizza Hut brand one customer at a time, but here we are. I will most definitely never order from location again. ***Update*** I was emailed from the corporate office apologizing for the experience and how my feedback is valuable in helping Pizza Hut to improve. Of course, lots of talk, absolutely no action. 🙄 As of today, I still haven’t had anyone from the location contact me (see attached photo), and that’s AFTER the corporate office said they sent the leadership team at this location my contact information. If they think this is leadership then Pizza Hut in serious trouble. In my eyes, the issue is still unresolved and it’s sad that they would let something so simple go this far. It was a simple, the restaurant gave me a wrong order, I reported it quickly, and they were supposed to do a remake with for a correct order. Boom. That’s it! Am I missing something here? I’m not upset, but it’s about the principle now. Doing good business means that if a situation comes up with a customer, leadership should train their staff on how to address it transparently efficiently. This location has shown me what happens when leadership dodges accountability, lacks proper procedure, is unorganized, truly doesn’t understand the importance of brand image, and in all honesty, they shouldn’t be in business because they’re doing more harm than good. At this point, I’m not expecting any resolution because obviously this restaurant clearly has demonstrated its money over everything and just will not do whats right by its customers.

    Imagine enjoying pizza and wings after a long day, just to find a LONG, DISGUSTING STRAND OF HAIR WRAPPED IN A FLAT! How is it even possible? Oh, I’ll take a strand of hair with that 6pc, please 🤢🤢 No wonder this place has 3.1 stars. Should be lower. Spend hard earned money for a ruined meal. Shame on you, Pizza Hut. 🤮🤮🤮🤮 I can see no one is even responding to these reviews, so I know they aren’t reading them. So much for ORM.

    Worst wings I have had in my entire life. With t mobile offer I stooped by to order some breaded wings but it was one of my worst life decisions ever.
