  Amazing local coffee shop! The atmosphere was incredible — such a welcoming and enjoyable place to sit and relax. The customer service was outstanding, and the food was amazing as well. A huge shoutout to the two ladies working; they were both so kind, friendly, and made the experience even better. I would 100% recommend this place and will definitely be coming back again!

  The atmosphere was incredible and the customer service was outstanding from the moment we walked through the doors. We were welcomed warmly and even got to try all the different gelato flavors—each one was delicious! Everything we ordered was top-notch. The croissant was absolutely amazing, and the gluten-free Caprese panini was just as impressive. You can really tell they care about quality and the overall experience. I’ll definitely be coming back to Plano just for this unique and wonderful place. Highly recommend!

  Been here about twice already and had an amazing experience each time! It was a different experience to see that their gelato machine mixes in front of you. You can also order a hot drink and have your picture printed on top! Their coffee is what lured me to their place but I was amazed at their gelato! The overall atmosphere felt really comfortable and cozy. The thing that I enjoyed the most is the warm welcoming owners and staff! They make me feel like family and was super kind to my baby. Definitely will be back! 😊

  The food is extravagant. I ordered the pistachio gelato milkshake and the pistachio cream croissant, and the quality of the food was amazing with every bite. The service was simple yet friendly, with me being served from my seat. The lady at the front, Kaitlyn, was sweet and made my drink with care. The atmosphere of the café resembles the classiness of Italy, with what sounded like soft jazz playing overhead. It was quite an experience, and I would recommend giving it a try, or even two tries, as they have yet to disappoint.

  I saw this spot on TikTok and I rarely go out so I thought this would be a nice place to go. I went on a Saturday around 11:30ish, there was an event happening on the next block over so there was nowhere to park. It took me about 25 minutes to find a park before we could even get out. When we finally made it to the spot, the line was literally at the door. I expected a wait since they were busy but we stood in line probably over 30 minutes before we could order. There was a WiFi issue so they had ppl get the QR code for the picture(s) before we ordered. I got an iced latte and a cheesecake slice. My daughter got a hot latte with 2 croissants. The drinks and my cheesecake came out within 5 minutes, the croissants took literally 37 minutes to come out. Staff did approach us to let us know they had to put fresh croissants in the oven and it would be around 20 minutes but the wait was excessive. After my daughter ate one croissant, I stood at the counter for around 12-15 minutes trying to get a to go box for her food. The lady at the register was very timid and she kept looking over at me but didn’t ask me if I needed assistance. Two ladies at the coffee station were working nonstop but never turned around to see if anyone needed help after they made a drink. I think for the amount of people that came through (line was out of the door in spurts) that they don’t have enough workers. I spent over $50, it took over 2 hours to get in and out, and I don’t think I’ll go back. Ok experience in my opinion.
