- HLHoa LeApr 17, 20261.0We placed a large catering order around 11:00 AM on 04/17/2026 for a company event. After waiting two hours with no delivery or update, we called to check on the status. We were shocked to hear the response: “we don’t want this order.” This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially for a time-sensitive corporate event. There was no communication, no attempt to resolve the situation, and no professionalism shown at all. The owner of this franchise seriously needs to investigate how this order was handled and address the behavior of the staff involved. This experience reflects very poorly on the business.

I wrote on the instructions give it to me when delivery. I go down to met the delivery driver. I waited no one so I called the number he calls me from. NO ANSWER. Then I contacted the store and manager answer said what's the number that called he calls it and he gets NO ANSWER. The manager ask for my number to call me back. He calls back and tell me this driver gave the pizza to the lady at the front desk. I DON'T WORK AT THE FRONT DESK!!!! Major screw up tonight. These people need to not be high while working. I will not order from Papa John's at this location nor will my business order from them ever again.
