  I came to leave a complaint and the review rating seems a little too high for me. Let’s start with the customer service NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. I got so disgusted and went to the store after getting the wrong pizza for the second time. I get to the store and call just to see if anyone was going to answer i literally stood there looking in the window on hold for ten minutes listening to the automated lady talk about the damn new pan pizza over and over again just to see if the people standing around in there would move. NOBODY DID. I got my pizza WRONG and cold by the time it Came to me. Please go to a different location do not use this location.

  In town for work and having been traveling all day, I decided to order delivery instead of trying a local spot. I ordered, time came and went, said delivered, no sign of delivery. Proceeded to call the store to ask for status on delivery, after 16 mins on hold I said screw it it's an 8 minute drive let's just drive over there, walked in, music is blaring, I'm still on hold 25 mins at this point. I can see my own call still blinking red on the receiver. They walk over I ask for status on the delivery, said I tried calling but since you guys don't take the time to answer or see the blinking red light I guess that wouldn't matter. They said they delivered it, I said we'll if you did it wasn't to my hotel, had them void my order. Turns out they did indeed deliver to the wrong hotel, drove to closest and asked. Having worked delivery for Papa John's 20 years ago I know the job. Everyone one of you all deserve to be let go, sweet baby Jesus.

  This place smelled so so so bad. I had to step outside. It also had a dead roach literally by the door as you walked in. I completely lost my appetite. The front desk guy was on the phone the whole time.

  We placed a large catering order around 11:00 AM on 04/17/2026 for a company event. After waiting two hours with no delivery or update, we called to check on the status. We were shocked to hear the response: “we don’t want this order.” This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially for a time-sensitive corporate event. There was no communication, no attempt to resolve the situation, and no professionalism shown at all. The owner of this franchise seriously needs to investigate how this order was handled and address the behavior of the staff involved. This experience reflects very poorly on the business.
