- PMP C McDonaldApr 30, 20264.0We ate here during an out-of-state trip. At about 8am, when most restaurants are the cleanest they will be for the day, that was not the case here. The floor in front of registers was sticky. The tables were cleared & did appear to have been wiped. The women’s bathroom overall was dingy… There was not a fresh smell nor evidence of cleaner having been used recently. To be fair, there was plenty of soap, paper towels & toilet paper which I appreciated. The main focus of employees appeared to be filling carry-out or catering orders. Our dine-in order did not appear to be a priority. It took awhile for them to start our lattes, during which time the soufflés which had been removed from warmer & handed over the counter when I ordered & paid had already gotten cold. On a corporate level, I’m glad the Texas Paneras brought back soufflés & mocha flavor of latte.
