    April 26 Stopped by here for coffee and quick work. Kind of slow service and wrong size coffee was delivered. New team member working the front. However, they do pay attention of the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the building.

    *******High price ****** usually get the Big Breakfast with Pancakes. At this McDonald’s, the price is much higher. At other McDonald’s locations, they sell it for less. But suddenly they increased the price at this McDonald’s. I’m not happy.

    I was just there at from 6:10 am to 6:25 am the store was closed I had place an order in my app no one answered on the speaker or the drive thru window there was a Hispanic woman doing something in the register window she saw me from inside she never greeted me or tell me she would be right with me . Very disgusted behavior now my order is paid I don’t have no food I want my refund 😡 I will be calling corporate I waited there for 15 minutes .

    I arrived at the drive-thru around 6:22 to pick up my order, but the app froze while retrieving the number . During this time, the male crew member assisting me was noticeably rude and sounded frustrated, even audibly huffing through the speaker. I understand that technical issues can be inconvenient, but maintaining a respectful and professional attitude is important. This interaction made for an unpleasant experience, and I hope customer service standards can be improved moving forward.
