  ⚠️ WARNING: DANGEROUS & HOSTILE STAFF. EXTREME HARASSMENT! ⚠️ Avoid this location at all costs! I had the most traumatizing and unacceptable experience of my life, which completely terrified my child who was waiting in the car. I placed a curbside pickup order because I was in a rush. After receiving the "ready" notification, I parked in the pickup spot and waited a long wait with no staff coming out to me, then I went inside. The lady handling orders (might be Indian, wearing a green T-shirt) was instantly hostile and rude. She kept shouting "I don't see your order," even though I showed her the app receipt and she eventually brought out an incomplete, unbagged order with a sandwich and apple pie missing. When I pointed out the missing items, she suddenly snapped, snatched the food back from me, and yelled "I can't give you anything!" She refused to complete the order and refused to issue a refund. She just kept ignoring me and kept me waiting infinitely. Finally, I decided to leave empty-handed, because my child was waiting and I was on a schedule, . But it didn't end there. As I got into my car and was preparing to drive away, this unhinged employee actually followed me outside, approached my vehicle, and threatened to call the police to have me arrested! This is illegal harassment and severe intimidation. She literally stole my money, withheld my food, and then weaponized the police to threaten a paying customer with a child in the car. This employee is a danger to the public and a massive liability. I am filing formal complaints with corporate. She must be terminated immediately! Case submitted already. Please process.   Has an outdoor play area, and has shaded seating area next to the play place. Pretty cool.

  This is the second time the exact same thing has happened to me: I order a Big Mac and pay to have four patties added, but they only put in three. I told the person who took my order, I told the cashier, and I told the person who handed me my food—yet even after all that, I got home and my burger still had only three patties. The service provided at this restaurant is truly disappointing and mediocre; they charge you for something they don't deliver, and even when you let them know that this has happened before, they simply don't care.
