  I had a frustrating experience at this location. I was confirming my order with my kids, but the staff seemed impatient, even switching attendants mid-order. One employee made dismissive sounds like ‘mm-hmm,’ which felt unprofessional. At the pickup window, when I asked for the employee’s name to provide feedback, the window was closed. I knocked the horn five times to get their attention, and when they finally opened it, they refused to share their name. The whole situation was rude—especially at 10 PM. I’d really appreciate more patience and professionalism.

  Cute young kids friendly play area. Seating area not big but clean. No self serving soda and ketchup station.

  Ordered meals for 5 with 5 drinks, they had me pull up and wait for the order, upon receiving the order I double checked the order and they forgot one of the drinks, I pulled around the drive through to let them know, and what I could only assume is the manager scanned my receipt and made the saddest looking Mocha Frappe and didn't apologize for the inconvenience and even tried to crumple up my receipt without saying a word. I paid close to 70 dollars for breakfast and the customer service was abominable, and that manager should not be in any kind of customer service role. I was polite, and did nothing to deserve that nasty attitude first thing in the morning. This will be the last time we order from this location.
