  I come here often. Usually the food is alright and we like the environment. But the staff is sometimes rude. Especially today, they were closed for an event, which was not mentioned anywhere. we drove all the way. And went inside. There was a blondish guy with black uniform. We asked him if they were closed. He was really rude. Instead of kindly telling us they were closed, his attitude was like he was kicking us out. we asked if we could use the restroom, and he pointed the door and was like “we’re closed”. He followed us to the door and closed the door on us. I understand it is the rule to not allow anyone outside the event guests, but there are kinder ways to say that. we did not insist to stay. weren’t planning to. There was no reason for him to be that rude. Honestly i do not think me and my friends will be back until there is anything done about the staff.

  Been coming since January, great place, great food, great people. Picked up bowling as a hobby since im in college ive loved it and the people at main event make it even better. First your greeted by the awesome counter staff like Erin and if anything ever goes wrong you can count on the manager Jake to handle it in a very fast manner these are just two of the amazing people here! Thank you for the great weekly experiences!

  We recently had our son’s birthday party here and it was such a great experience! The staff made everything easy and fun from start to finish. Our server Jessica was especially very nice, helpful, and attentive throughout the party, making sure everyone had what they needed. The kids had an amazing time bowling, and the atmosphere was perfect for a birthday celebration. We’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend for family parties and events!

  Had birthday party planned. They missed adding game to the card. When contacted for help, the person was non responsive, not friendly, strait face acting as if not listening or able to see you, not willing to help fix the problem. 3diffeent guys all acted robotic. The only person that was working honestly and paying attention was the host serving and helping for food, cleaning etc. She was very nice. Other than that any question asked about not working game devices or card not scanning, massed up on loaded card etc. Some guests left without participating in certain expenses (VR) due to not being able to use the card or had give to the place where you exchange earned points for gifts so they didn't get chance to get it fixed. Wasted long time to get it fixed for few kids that still stayed to play. I wish people worked there were more friendly, active and showed willingness to help when there was a mistake from their side at least. Even to add more food, the server had to wait for permission from front desk for someone to approve the order which took quite bit of time. Again the person helping with setting up, serving food, cleaning was super nice. Unfortunately that was the only good part.

  Came in to bowl the other day and brought a few personal balls with me, part way through my 5th frame I had a ball get stuck in the lane and had to get the bowl attendant to go fix it for me. The bowl attendant sat there and stared at me for a few minutes before a younger gentleman with a ford hat (I believe he said his name was mike but had no name tag) came out after retrieving my ball to talk to me. There was slight damage on the surface of the ball but the kid was very professional and apologized for what had happened and explained how sometimes the ball will get caught on a pin or the chain and it can burn the surface. I’m not upset with the center or staff but I would like to commend the young man who helped me for being kind and explaining what happened to my ball and who to talk to in terms of making things right. I’ll likely be back regularly as long as the staff can be as knowledgeable and professional as that young man was when it comes to resolving unfortunate accidents like this.
