- WKWendy Kemper2 days ago1.0Floor was very slippery..like they oiled the runway...I see why their was nobody there... Staff wasnt very friendly or helpful we were the only one there...lane so dark you cant even see the arrows for training someone on how to bowl.
- ARAUP Research Review2 days ago3.0Jul 8 approx noon. Great guy working up front as the greeter who sells the cards abd issue bowling shoes. Very helpful. Other employees were help and courteous throughout the Plano location, that is until it was time for our meal. I took my two kids to order them both a meal. While most of the workers in the food area appeared friendly and helpful, the young lady wearing black appeared to a trainer or supervisor. She could use some additional training herself. She put a damper on my enjoyable mood and changed what would have otherwise been 5 stars. She told the employee who she was training if the kids wanted water she needs to charge me $5 for each glass of water! I said for water? That's insane. I just paid for two meals! Are you going to charge for the ice too? I was under the impression the water was free. She said, "I have to charge you for the cup you're drinking the water from. That's what management is instructing us charge." I asked well do I get to keep the cup and the ice too? That is so ridiculous. I'm not sure if I believe management would instruct such a thing, but that conversation drained me. I bought the two drinks at roughly $10 bucks for my kids so they could enjoy my meal. Understand, the majority of the employees were great and I apologize for my rating because of one employee. Well, I at least I changed it from a 1 Star after cooling off. And yes, I left them their Dine-In drinking cup.
- CCChristian3 days ago1.0highly unprofessional. they let everyone cut in front of us on the laser tag we ended up waiting more than 20 minutes when the wait was supposed to be only 8. the employee on shift at the laser tag was on her phone the whole time completely dismissing us. including my child who got hurt inside the laser tag arena under her supervision

It was the young man that works behind the bowling counter this evening Mr julez I think

She did a phenomenal job with our special needs group, showing so much kindness, patience, and care to ensure everyone felt included and had a blast. Main Event Plano is a great venue, but Cyreana was the real star of the day and made the whole experience unforgettable. Thank you, Cyreana, for outstanding service!
