- AHAlora Hayes2 days ago2.0The food wasn`t terrible, but nothing really stood out either. The burger was a bit dry and the fries felt like they`d been sitting for a while. Service was slow considering it wasn`t that busy, and the place could`ve been clear.

I then told the person on the phone that If I went there and ordered, how long it would take, he said 5-10 minutes. He never once thought to tell me that it is online order and delivery only. I ordered the food online and waited in the parking lot for about 30 minutes. The burger bun was mushed, and the patty was alright. The fries were not crispy, and were seasoned horribly. And last of all, the place isn't even called mad dogs! Its legacy west eats. Don't be fooled by the good reviews, there are much better burger spots in Plano. Strongly discourage.
