Very unclean place. I wished I read the negative reviews before I went. The water jug and the glasses were so dirty. The plates were not washed correctly.
The waitress was so unorganized and unprofessional. She kept complaining that she has to do everything and there is no help to her.
The food was ok. Not really up to the mark as expected from a Kabab place. The achar chicken was very liquidy and the samosas were as if they were refried multiple times. We ordered dahi phulki chat because they didn’t have pani puri but she got us dahi vada instead. Also she was giving out her phone number for people to Zelle tips too her. Never going back there again!

I really wanted to continue supporting Lahori Kabab Halal, but unfortunately my recent experiences have been disappointing.
The service has noticeably declined. It feels like you have to repeat your order multiple times just to ensure it’s taken correctly. On top of that, portion sizes seem inconsistent compared to before.
What was most disappointing was the food quality. My mom used to love their fish curry, but since the management change, the taste has completely shifted. It’s now overly salty, and we were told it can’t be adjusted since it’s pre-made, which takes away from the overall experience.
It’s unfortunate because this used to be a go-to spot for us, but due to the decline in both service and food quality, we won’t be returning.

I've been buying Karara Chicken for the last couple of years and was totally satisfied. Last time, we found it was too spicy and the quality had gone down. Today, we ordered 2 Karara chickens again. When we picked up the food and opened it at home, we found an item was missing. We called them, and initially they hesitated to help, saying we should call the Frisco location. When we said we wouldn't call anywhere else other than the purchasing location, they told us to drive back and return the food to check if they could refund us. And the guy said he will also call his manager and follow up in few mins, he never called back or picked up the call.
They lost a loyal customer!
The in-house dining experience was good, with a nice, clean ambiance.
