    Just go to the one 5 min down the road off coit. I promise you it’s worth it . They WILL mess up your order no question about it. Gone downhill in every aspect since they took over and it’s a franchised restaurant now so they’re buying them all up . Sucks cause jimmy Jon’s is my favorite sub restaurant Disgusting and UNBELIEVABLY rude. Who can you possibly be on the phone talking to for 8 hours straight … like be for real bro what the hell.

    Let me just say — I did NOT expect to have a life-changing moment at Jimmy John’s, but then I met Tanny, and everything changed. 😳✨ From the second I walked up to the counter looking mildly overwhelmed by the menu, Tanny swooped in like a sandwich fairy godmother 🧚‍♀️🙌 and just KNEW what to do with me. What blew me away was how she guided me through every single step without EVER making me feel rushed or pressured 🚫⏰. She asked the right questions, really listened, and somehow crafted the perfect combo of veggies 🥬🍅🥒🧅 with just the right amount of everything else. Fresh, crunchy, colorful, and absolutely PACKED with flavor — I didn’t know a sandwich could taste this alive! 🤤 Tanny isn’t just making sandwiches, she’s creating EXPERIENCES 🎨🥪. Her patience, her genuine warmth, and her sandwich wizardry 🧙‍♀️ turned a quick lunch stop into the highlight of my entire day. I left with my hands full of veggie goodness and my heart full of gratitude 🙏💛. If you’re ever at this Jimmy John’s, PLEASE SEE TANNY!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Do not walk to this location, RUN!     Freaky SLOWWWWWWWWW. Took 50 minutes to deliver to a location 4 miles away. Didn't get the order right. Never using this location again. TRASH! They do not answer the phone, or if they do they pick up and hang up. Owners response will not change the fact that I won't return and will recommend people find another location.

    They do not listen to orders. Everytime we come in its messed up. Today whatever this is its disgusting and unfortunately we did take out. Never going back to this location. Avoid it!!

    This location is the worst. Go to another location. Jimmy John's is an American franchise that should be owned and run by Americans. I've never had a bad Jimmy John's ever until this place. Service sucks all they want to do is take your money and get you out the door. No quality of service at all. This place should be sold or shut down.
