Staff is courteous, but manager is awful. When you spend 22 dollars on a sandwich you want your food you kind of expect to get better service than a canceled order and no knowledge of it. I had to call and find out why my food hadn't arrived after 2 hours!

Then he was on his ear buds speaking to someone about are interaction loudly. I worked for jimmy johns in the past i would never speak or treat a guest in that manner. The resturant tables were dirty. Its 5pm..lunch rush is over around 1 pm. More than enough time to clean the tables. They were all dirty. I didnt even eat there because of his attitude and table being dirty. Now i know why i chose to eat Potbelly. The sandwich bread was hard and dry. He also forgot my peppers.. Horrible experience..Hope this resturant hires some nice people.

The worker huffed and puffed while taking our order. Last time we came here the unsweet tea tasted days old. Today we came in and the worker told us there was no tea available. You feel as if you are a problem as soon as you walk in.
