  Employee Jawan was rude. Im asking him questions and got snotty answers. Never have been to Jimmy johns was treated this way. Then he was on his ear buds speaking to someone about are interaction loudly. I worked for jimmy johns in the past i would never speak or treat a guest in that manner. The resturant tables were dirty. Its 5pm..lunch rush is over around 1 pm. More than enough time to clean the tables. They were all dirty. I didnt even eat there because of his attitude and table being dirty. Now i know why i chose to eat Potbelly. The sandwich bread was hard and dry. He also forgot my peppers.. Horrible experience..Hope this resturant hires some nice people.

  Horrible location. We love Jimmy John’s, just not this location. Service is rude, slow and overall just uninviting. Today there was one employee working. The worker huffed and puffed while taking our order. Last time we came here the unsweet tea tasted days old. Today we came in and the worker told us there was no tea available. You feel as if you are a problem as soon as you walk in.

  Do not go here if you expect reasonable customer service and interaction. The person working at lunch was beyond unreasonable w the attitude, the tone of voice, and the sass. There are plenty of other Jimmy John's locations I'll visit. I was stunned by the behavior of the worker.

  My low review is because this location needs more staff. I just started going to this location on weekends. Every time I go, there is one guy working, doing everything. No complaints about him. Nice guy, doing what he can to hold it down. Why does the owner have one employee this often? I always order online ahead of time so my food is ready to grab. But for those who don't, having one employee there at a time is a problem.
