  I always have a great customer service experience here. Freaky fast as well. The lady at the cash register that took our order and made it as well had some really pretty eyes.

  I ordered thru the jimmy johns website. With a third party delivery. Jimmy Johnson’s forgot to put in several food items paid for. Upon calling the manager of Plano on 4-29 at 7:35 pm. He Refused to give me a refund or make it right. I was at work , during this. I will never ever go back. Basically they took extra money and they have no problem keeping it. 😡😡😡.

  Sandwiches were fresh and tasty as always. Customizations are always followed correctly. We are in store and it was clean.

  The food was good but not better than the leading competitors, the atmosphere was bland, the service was bad, the whole restraunt could use a makeover itself, also some updated recipes.
