  Very stinky place. This stinky smell is so dominating that even if the food is good, you won’t be able to eat it. Service is ok. We were so hungry and wanted to eat but couldn’t because of the smell. Ambience is also very old.

  Food was good. However the website/new app did not accept my Inchin’s gift card. The field is common for gift card and coupon code, so from the error message, it looks like the field ID only meant for coupon codes. Looks like I’ll have to go instore to use my gift card. Not good!

  UNHYGIENIC RESTAURANT !!!!!! I went to the bathroom right after one of the waiters did. when I went, there was no soap in the bathroom...... not only were the waiters not willing to help us, but this means that the staff doesn't wash their hands before serving food. We asked the waiters countless times for soap and we're ignored 3 times. Finally after continuously asking for soap, one of the waiters explained that they dont have soap in the restaurant right now. What? If they dont have soap how is the staff washing their hands? We called the manager and he didn't care either. The staff was showing attitude and laughing at us and didn't care at all about the situation. This restaurant was very unhygienic and we couldn't even finish out food. Don't come here unless you want to be served by people who dont wash their hands.

  I visited on 3-24-2026 Tuesday at 9 pm. First I was waiting to be seated for long time. Waiterest came and seated us. We ordered cocktail liquor drink and the whole restourant didn’t had club soda to mix with liquor and I had to go to bar with waiterest to show the drink bottle because she doesn’t understand English or Hindi. I had hard time to explain my food order. Lastly she brought us bill and I wanted to pay cash. She refuse to take cash and I didn’t had my card with me. I asked to call some who understand English but no one was there. Finely I pay exact amount $47.00 and $10.00 tip. She throw the tip on my table and left. I felt I was in Mexico City. I will never go to Plano branch. Bamboo garden.
