I bought a family pack of chicken dum biryani. I found a piece of chicken in that whole pack. When I called them, one person responded and she ask us to come again to the restaurant to get the remaining pieces of chicken. I felt really insulted and they didn't respond in a correct manner. May be, it is busy place in Plano, but I didn't get their food for free. Family pack biryani is a scam!!!

The place has become insanely ridiculous - the quality goes down by the day while price is going through the roof
The owners are smart - chai is cheap but when you stop here and pick snacks prepare to be shocked...a Punugulo is 8 bucks and Samosa $2 .. so a chai stop for two will turn into a $25 affair very quickly

I’m here almost every week and somehow the cravings keep getting worse 😄 The pani puri is absolutely addictive and the samosa chaat hits every single time. Huge shoutout to Tiru — you can genuinely tell he cares about what he makes. His station is always spotless, he’s incredibly welcoming, and the flavors are consistently on point.
If you’re someone who loves authentic chaat with that perfect balance of spice, crunch, tang, and freshness, this spot is a must-visit.

I had to wait 15 mnts to get 2 caps of tea . The issue is no one care about you standing there for how long and they call their own people isn’t that racism. ? I didn’t like that at all.

I’m a regular at Hello India whenever I’m in the Plano area, so I wanted to share some honest feedback from my latest visit.
Today I ordered the chicken biryani. It was quite different from a traditional dum biryani the chicken and rice were cooked separately rather than together. The taste was good overall, but what really surprised me was the portion: only two pieces of chicken for about $17 with tax, while the rice portion was quite large.
For that price, the balance between rice and chicken didn’t feel right. It may not be sufficient for one person, especially when the number of chicken pieces is so limited. I’d suggest the management take a closer look at portion consistency and value for money.
Because of this, I’ll likely avoid ordering the biryani next time unless this is improved.
