  We ordered the Gutti Vankaya Pulao, and it was very disappointing. The eggplant looked like it was simply deep-fried and added to plain bagara rice. There was hardly any masala or flavor, and it did not taste like proper Gutti Vankaya Pulao at all. When we went to the counter and explained that there was no masala or taste, the staff member simply replied, “It will be like that only.” There was no effort to understand our concern or offer any solution. The food was disappointing, but the customer service was even more disappointing. We expected a much better response when giving genuine feedback about the food.

  I recently visited Hello India Restaurant and I am absolutely blown away!! The dosa selection (plain, onion, and masala) was perfection—very crunchy and crispy on the outside, exactly how a good dosa should be.I love Irani tea with garma garam samosa. All Biryani and tandoori chicken taste is very good , Superb 👍 Beyond the amazing food, the service was top-notch. Staff was so welcoming, attentive, and warm hospitality truly made our dining experience special. On top of it all, the restaurant is a very clean place with a nice, comfortable ambiance, making it the perfect spot to sit back and enjoy a tasty Meal. Highly recommend this place. I will definitely be back!

  Not satisfied at all. Faced this issue multiple times especially in biryani they are giving lot of masala. At the time of ordering food we mentioned but faced same issue. When I checked with front desk they want me to post a review of we don’t like

  This review is mainly about the average food quality, disappointing portion size, and overall experience. You charge $53.03 for a Family Pack Chicken Dum Biryani, yet the quantity we received didn’t even feel like the equivalent of two individual biryani orders. For something being sold as a “family pack” at that price, the portion was extremely disappointing. On top of that, I was very clear while ordering that I wanted the food mild to medium spicy. What we received was extremely spicy. I regularly eat and enjoy spicy food myself, and even I found it difficult to handle, so there was absolutely no way the kids could eat it. If a customer specifically communicates a spice preference while ordering, I expect that request to be taken seriously. Between the average taste, surprisingly small quantity for the price, and completely missing the requested spice level, this was a very disappointing experience. At over $50 for a family pack, I expected significantly better in both quantity and attention to the order.
