We attended a birthday party here on Sunday, August 9, 2026, with a group of about 40 guests, including several young children. Unfortunately, what should have been a great celebration turned into a serious health concern. Within 24 to 48 hours following the event, a significant number of our guests came down with severe health issues including diarrhea, stomach cramps. After checking in with the other families who attended, a clear pattern happened , everyone who ate the chicken dishes got sick. Given that young kids were affected and suffered through this, it points to a severe issue with food safety, whether that was improper cooking temperatures, cross-contamination, or poor food storage or handling. Wanted to review so other customers are aware, but more importantly, to urge management to take immediate responsibility. Please conduct a thorough internal investigation into your kitchen practices, food sourcing, and hygiene standards for large group events so that no other family has to deal with this.

Attended a 1 yr old baby’s birthday party last Sunday afternoon , just imagine how many small kids would have attended the party. The food was spicy and all the attendees who consumed meat that day had a very bad stomach upset the same evening , it was disheartening that even the small kids got upset tummy and they suffered a lot. Why are you guys compromising on the quality of food ? The party host has spent lots of time & money in organizing every single thing so carefully ! They ended up feeling bad that all this has happened in their party which they planned with utmost care! Your only job was to provide a quality food rit ? What would have you done if something life threatening had happened to anyone who consumed ur restaurant food - is it really worth it ? Please take up some responsibility and check what really has gone wrong here & update the host ! This is totally unacceptable.

I’m sharing my personal experience for the first time because this was the horrible ever i had this extremely upsetting. We attended a birthday party where food from this restaurant was served. Most of the guests who ate the food became sick with diarrhea and stomach problems later that same day. In our family, everyone who ate the food, including children, got sick that night. We also observed food being handled in a way that raised serious concerns about proper food safety and hygiene. We also took some of the leftover food home from the party. Within about an hours, the food appeared to have spoiled. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and pays much closer attention to food safety, temperature control, storage, and handling. As customers, we trust restaurants to serve food that is safe.

⭐ Very disappointing experience — serious food quality concern We attended a birthday event here on August 9, 2026, with around 40 people, including several children. Unfortunately, almost three-quarters of the guests became sick after eating the food served at the event. Several people experienced diarrhea and other stomach-related symptoms, including toddlers. Notably, most of the people who ate the chicken developed symptoms, which raises serious concerns about the food quality, preparation, storage, or handling. This was extremely disappointing and concerning, especially because children were among those affected. Food safety should be a top priority for any venue that hosts events and serves food to large groups. I strongly recommend that anyone considering booking this venue for an event or purchasing food from here be aware of this experience and carefully consider the food-safety standards before making a decision. I hope the management takes this matter seriously, investigates what happened, and takes appropriate steps to ensure this does not happen to other customers.

We had food at a birthday party at the Hello India Plano branch yesterday afternoon, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. The food was extremely spicy, and all of us who ate the non-vegetarian food experienced diarrhea afterward. This included my 2-year-old toddler, which was especially concerning and upsetting as a parent. What made the experience even worse was how the restaurant handled our complaint. When I called to report what happened, instead of addressing my concern professionally, the person on the phone started speaking to me in their regional simply because of my Indian accent. We are in the United States, and assuming someone’s preferred language based on their accent is inappropriate and unprofessional. There was no meaningful acknowledgment of the complaint, no apology, and no apparent concern about the fact that multiple people, including a small child, became sick after eating the food. Very disappointing experience. I would strongly urge the management to take food quality, food safety, customer complaints, and respectful communication much more seriously. Worst experience with a restaurant in a long time.
