I was part of the work group of 50+ people who came for a work lunch. I wasn't originally going to write a review because whatever, but putting into perspective that 50+ people paid 20 bucks each for a buffet and we gave the staff notice before the event and the morning of, I just think it's crazy they made at least $800 in profit for the very little food they brought out to feed our group. I was one of the first in our group to arrive and noticed that there were no dishes out beforehand, and while I get they probably needed a bit more time to set stuff, I did not realize how little food was going to actually be brought out. Other team members complained about not getting a receipt to get a refund with the manager, which to be honest I had no idea that was even an option, but while we were in line for the food we saw the little receipt machine out of receipt paper like 20 people in so half the people who did want a refund probably couldn't because the receipt machine was out of paper lol. Personally, I thought the food was good even if it wasn't my taste but just how management prepared our event seems very mishandled. I had nothing against the staff because I feel like their management didn't prepare them for our group even with all the announcements we gave them. Also another event that I thought was comical was that a funeral was being processed while we were eating. Poor family having to deal with our group also being there at the same time. Management seriously needs to do better and sad part is half the people (including me) left hungry and without compensation for the event. TL;DR Management got probably 800 dollars in revenue from our group, barely any food, ate next to a funeral planning or procession, poor staff and everyone who was there today

I think the owner simply doesn’t care about the business. We waited for almost 30-35 for buffet food even after informing them multiple times. “Butter chicken” was the worst I have ever had. We could see the “Red” color on the chicken and chicken was stale. Naan and Paneer curry was okay. But we were really really disappointed today. We paid $25 for nothing!!!!

Wow, I don't even know where to begin. I had a plate in my hand, and the food ran out in the middle of the line. Finally, the buttered chicken came out, but I had to fish out the chicken as it was 80% soup. No rice came until 15 minutes later, so by that time, I was out of the line. Oh, and the Naan bread was non-existent—it was like gold! As soon as they put out 15 pieces, it was gone, and you had to wait again. So, I finally got some, but by that time, I only had Naan bread on my plate. Lastly, the water—how do you run out of water? We had to ask them to refill it. Geez, at the very least, make sure to have the minimal food available to eat. Well, at least we had two events in one lunch and a funeral being prepped in the other room while I was eating and staring at a large "in memory of this person" poster. WOW. I'm just like, wow.

I guess I might have hit my head somewhere as a baby when I had a stupid idea of going to Grand Dhaba. The most essential part of a restaurant is to have ample 'Food', even though we had informed the owner before hand to arrange for 50+ ppl, they were not equipped, and under-staffed. But this is not the best part yet, I forgot to inform you all that this buffet was served right next to a funeral meet. I guess this place is different after all !

We called in for a lunch buffet for almost 50 people from the office. They said they are gonna be prepared. When we arrived, Manager was not there. A young server only to handle 50 people. We are told to pay upfront. We did! By the time 10 people took food everything was out. Took them more than 15 mins to fill it back up. Half of us left without eating. No accountability by the person in charge. No refund were given for those who did not get a chance to eat. The only thing we expected was food which was not there. Lol! Cherry on top! They had a funeral in next hall. Feel bad for everyone.
