  I love Einstein Bagels! This location is very spacious, not crowded, everything smells delicious in there. My bagel was excellent and the service was wonderful. Definitely worth another visit.

  I greeted the first guy named Carlos at the register and did not get anything back. That was fine, I let it go. Asked him about the chorizo sunrise and to see if there was another similar like it to make sure I chose the correct one. He either did not know the menu or did not want to help me because he just responded with one word responses. Carlos switched with another person named Chris who came in and yelled “okay 3 more to go let’s go” in a rude tone while clapping his hands to rush me while I was deciding on which dozen bagels I wanted. I asked him if he was serious and he just said “I’m just reminding you of what you have” and started listing off my order. There was no one else in line, no rush, 1 person sitting down in the entire restaurant. I was completely caught off guard at 7:30 in the morning on Mother’s Day.

  Went to this store yesterday to meet my buddies for bagels and coffee. Service was great, as always. Chris greeted me with a smile and a joke, took my order, and within a couple of minutes I was enjoying my bagel.

  I love Einsteins bagels and coffee, but in particular this location (Tollway and Parker). It’s one of the only stores that has survived, and seemingly thrived for decades. The staff here is a cut above. Many of the staff have been here for years, or have migrated from other stores that have closed (as I used to frequent those locations too). The newer employees, some who have now been at this location for a while, have clearly adopted the hard work/customer service mindset. This store has several Einstein veterans who lead by example & why customers like myself keep returning. Just wanted to take the time to give credit where due and acknowledge a well run operation. It’s a pleasure to visit each and every time! All the best on continued success and keep up the good work!!

  I never stop at this location, but this morning I did and I was serviced by Chris at the register, who displayed the most racist behavior that I have ever experienced. Long story short… he took the order of a white female customer before he took my order when I was in store and in line way before her. After Chris took her order he proceeded to have a long conversation with her about her job at Walmart and what she plans to do later in life. Chris then starts talking to her about the free bagel survey on the receipt. Taking as long as he possibly could to make me wait. I was looking him right in his eyes and he know that what he was doing was wrong and intentional. When Chris finally took my order and handed me my receipt, he didn’t bother to explain the free bagel option on the receipt. I said to Chris, aren’t you going to tell me about the free bagel option like you did the previous customer. He says well if you want me to then I will, I said no, that wasn’t the point. The point is to treat all customers and their time with respect. Chris probably shouldn’t be the customer first impression when they walk in the store if this is how he treats customers.
