  I've been coming to this location for around 3 years. The staff is super friendly and quick (except the guy, I don't know his name.. he never says anything but makes it seem like any complaint is personally attacking him or something). The major problem I have is the inconsistency. On multiple occasions, I've had drinks without my shots of espresso added, so money straight down the drain. Even when I don't add the shots of espresso to my drink, my usual cold brew will taste completely different based on who makes it, despite listing the same add-ons. It's like every drink maker is doing their own method for making drinks instead of using the standard way. Some use measuring utensils and some just eyeball the ingredients, throw it in, and call it a day. At this point, I'd rather just bust open my Keurig and start making cold brews at home again.

  I hadn’t been to Dunkin’ in forever and only stopped by because I was there for the L.L.Bean sweater release. I ended up missing the release, which was no big deal, so I decided to grab a matcha. I ordered a matcha without cold foam. When my drink was handed to me, it wasn’t filled to the top, so I asked the barista, Monica, if she could add the cold foam since there was clearly room in the cup. She rolled her eyes and gave me an attitude. I asked what her problem was, and she said “nothing,” but her attitude and body language clearly communicated otherwise. It was a really unpleasant interaction over something so simple. Customer service should be about making customers feel welcome, and unfortunately, I did not feel that way at all. It honestly reminded me why I stopped coming to Dunkin’ in the first place. I’ll be taking my business back to my usual spot at Dutch Bros, where the employees are consistently friendly, polite, and happy to help. If corporate is reading this, please remind your employees that a little kindness and a pleasant attitude go a long way. No customer should feel like they are inconveniencing an employee simply by asking for a reasonable adjustment to their order.

  Today is Thursday, September 17, 2027. Let me begin by stating that my corporate office is a mile down the road, so I have patronized this Dunkin location at least 3x a week for the past 3 years. I’m afraid that today was my last day doing so. I entered the location around 9:05am and a woman was initially standing behind the counter. She did not say anything to me. A male wearing a black polo walked up and asked had I been helped, with the most annoyed tone. I said no and he said (very aggressively) “well what do you need!” Although taken aback, I proceeded to order, requesting the current combination of the $6 coffee, sandwich, and hash brown. I asked if the sandwich could be made with turkey as I do not eat pork and this is where things went left. He raised his voice and expressed how that is not allowed, how it should have never been allowed, and that he is the GM (General Manager) and would not honor my request. I’m not sure why he chose to respond in this manner as I was perfectly fine with ordering something else! It was so abrupt, unnecessary, and aggressive!! I was so uncomfortable and felt so attacked! I walked to the pickup counter and asked the woman who was standing there if the two women I normally see (they were sooo nice and were honestly the reason I continued to patronize this location) were still there as I hadn’t seen them recently. The male mentioned above, whom introduced himself as the GM, stopped helping another customer to walk over and loudly said “THEY ARE NO LONGER HERE AND FOR GOOD REASON! THEY WERE LET GO FOR VERY GOOD REASON”. Extremely unprofessional considering I am a customer and did not inquire on any reason for anyone being “let go”. This experience was so unsettling. That man seems unstable. I was made to feel so uncomfortable. He was so rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. I never return.
