We accidentally ordered a regular crust instead of a thin crust pizza and called within 15 minutes of placing the order to correct the mistake. Unfortunately, we were told there was no way to remake the pizza with the correct crust. I’ve ordered from this location at least 20 times and have overlooked issues in the past, including receiving burnt pizzas on several occasions. Given our loyalty as repeat customers, I expected a simple correction or some accommodation for customer satisfaction. Instead, there was no effort made to help resolve the situation. I spoke with two employees, both of them were rude. This experience left a very negative impression and makes me reconsider ordering from this location in the future. Overall I don't think they care about customer satisfaction, just about making their cash.
