The food was amazing, pizza and dessert 10/10 (recomend de Brazilian lemonade), Martha was our server, service was 10/10 too. The place its so beautiful (good for Instagram photos).☝🏼Total experience, love it

It’s ok. Honestly, at the end of the day, it’s pretty much just a fancy Ci’Ci’s, per se. The atmosphere is nice. It’s very loud. Service is good. Pizza is literally what you’d get at a CiCi’s. Thin crust, very little meat or cheese. Salad is nice presented stack of arugula with a sweet lemon dressing. Meatballs are pretty good but super salty. Lobster bisque is served in a small cup that you can sip from rather than a bowl. Tea is bottled tea @$5 ea. Just stick with water. Concept is good. It was worth a one-time try.
We went here because we thought it would be a nicer family friendly place for an anniversary dinner. The pizzas were ok but we were offered so few it was hard to know- service was awful from the moment you got there- hostess, waiter who initially came to our table, servers bringing out pizza- not pleasant or welcoming in the least. The waiter was confused about a special and said it was because he “just got back” so if we weren’t aware we would have just been not offered it. He also didn’t offer to bring our young kids plastic cups for water until asked and even then he paused and wasn’t sure what I was asking for - maybe he was brand new at the job- so a little grace for that. But there was some confusion on his part and initially they were bringing us only vegetarian pizzas. When we clarified, we were still offered 4-5 varieties of cheese pizza before any other pizzas came out. I requested a specific pizza and it took asking 3-4 times asking again before it was brought out. The more unique pizzas were only brought out once the whole night. And then there was a point where our card was still green but no one brought pizza to our table- like they just decided to shut us down on their own. Also, one of the pizza servers looked like he was having the most miserable night of his life- probably shouldn’t be in a customer facing role. Overall a pretty unpleasant anniversary experience, warranting a re-do somewhere else sadly. Speaking of, we did mention on our reservation we are celebrating an anniversary, don’t know why we needed to enter that info, because no one bothered to congratulate or mention it once. Pretty underwhelming night in my opinion.
Had a great experience at DeLucca Pizza in Plano! The pizza was fresh, flavorful, and had a really good variety of options. The atmosphere was nice, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Definitely a great spot if you’re looking for good pizza and a fun place to eat. I’ll definitely be coming back!
