Had a great experience at DeLucca Gaucho Pizza & Wine. I hadn’t been back in about two years since moving away, but Rebecca immediately made us feel welcomed and even remembered my favorite pizza the Brazilian steak pizza. Meant a lot and showed her attention to detail as a leader of this great place!
The food was outstanding, and it was great seeing some new pizzas added into the rotation as well. The atmosphere was comfortable and enjoyable the entire night. Felipe and Luis provided great service throughout the experience, and Sophia was very helpful with reservations and welcoming us in.
You can tell the staff genuinely cares about creating a great experience. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to and continue to refer to people!

We’ve been to DeLucca several times over the years, but after our experience last Saturday, we won’t be returning.
The service was terrible from the start. Our server barely acknowledged our table and acted like we were an inconvenience the entire time.
What really upset us was how they handled our 6-year-old daughter. We asked THREE separate times for a simple pepperoni pizza for her, and each time we were told, “We’re making pizza on a rotation and will get it out next time it is up.” Meanwhile, she sat there hungry while pizza after pizza went to other tables.
As parents, it’s hard to understand how management or ownership thinks that’s acceptable. It felt like nobody cared at all about the customer experience, especially for families with kids.
Very disappointing experience.

Huge fan of Delucca’s and the franchise, but this experience was not the great at all. I’m from out of state (used to live in TX), and always loved Delucca’s and always recommended it to people who have never tried/heard of it. When I went with a friend last week while on a trip, we didn’t get our first slice of pizza until maybe 30-40 minutes after we had sat down. The waiter noticed and was super nice to us saying he’d informed the kitchen multiple times, but nothing came to us still. We had specifically asked for the Chicken Tikka and Nutella pizzas as well, and throughout the night did not even get to have a slice of that. Also, we had to wait to be served the lobster bisque because they were still cooking it when we had first arrived (a huge fan of it), and then once we received it after waiting about 20 minutes, it was extremely watered down, in comparison to how they’ve made it in the past. Overall, not the best experience, hoping the location steps it up.

Honestly this place is incredible and we keep coming back for a reason. The food is always 10/10, my favorite is the hot honey soppressata, its the chef's kiss, but its really the people that make it so special. Every time we walk in, the staff is so professional and kind, and they really go out of their way to make you feel like more than just a customer.
Huge shoutout to the manager Israel, he provides the kind of personal attention you just dont see much anymore and always makes sure everything is perfect for us. If you want the authentic brazilian restaurant experience with all you can eat pizza and a team that actually cares, you have to check this place out! It is definitely our favorite spot in the area and we cant wait to go back.

We recently visited Delucca Gaucho Pizza & Wine and unfortunately had one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had in a long time.
Throughout the entire dinner, our table kept getting skipped during pizza service. We brought it to our waiter’s attention twice because multiple servers would pass our table without offering us slices while surrounding tables were constantly being served. After nothing changed, I finally had to speak with the manager as well.
What made the situation even worse was an incident involving the manager, Israel. During one of the pizza rounds, he accidentally dropped pizza directly onto our baby’s seat that was sitting on the floor beside our table. Instead of acknowledging it or cleaning it up, he simply looked at it and walked away as if nobody noticed. I had to personally confront him about it afterward, and his response was only that he “didn’t see it.”
Mistakes happen, but ignoring customers repeatedly and pretending accidents didn’t happen is unacceptable — especially when it involves a child’s belongings. For a restaurant that promotes itself as an upscale experience, the service and professionalism were extremely disappointing.
We came excited to enjoy dinner with family and left frustrated, overlooked, and honestly shocked by how poorly the situation was handled. I hope upper management takes this feedback seriously because the experience did not match the reputation this place tries to present.
