Landry’s has ruined this steak house staple. If steaks are their specialty I am shocked the rookie novice chefs can’t tell when a steak is Medium Well. All I did was press my knife against the flesh and I could tell it was undercooked. Way too much salt and honestly this feels now like chain dining. Fortunately here in Dallas we have no shortage of great steak houses with kitchens that know what the hell they are doing. Skip this place for now.

The atmosphere and service were excellent. We were there for a company awards dinner and the private room was a great size with tables nicely suited for attendees to watch the front. Commonly sounds is a problem at these events but the mics and sound system were perfect.
The sides were incredible. We had creamed spinach, mashed potatoes, and asparagus. I had a 12 ounce filet and wish I'd ordered the smaller one. It's hard to get a nice sear and properly cook a filet that thick. I think mine was a shade overcooked but also the seasoning was a little underpowered for my liking. I would've preferred a bit more salt and pepper.
My only other criticism is the servers offered to refill wines and water but never offered alternative beverages. I would've liked a cocktail, sweet tea, or a soda but they were so busy delivering food and running to other responsibilities getting their attention without being disruptive was not easy.
Overall a good experience but in my opinion needs just a little refinement for the kind of event we had.

For a fine dining establishment with strict attire protocol and several Lamborghinis in the front, they seem to hire really unprofessional hostesses, which destroys the entire vibe of the restaurant. Little blonde in the front was extremely aloof and had multiple delivery drivers waiting for their orders without giving them any updates. We had to go up to her multiple times in which then she starts to give us attitude, but we wouldn’t have had to go up to you multiple times if you did a good job of keeping us updated, especially when the food was already behind you on the counter. It’s not like we didn’t tell you the names of our orders, and it’s not like we already weren’t waiting for over 10 minutes, but hey, your phone isn’t going to check itself. fine dining establishment by the way. 👍

Went to this location recently for our anniversary. It was the first time I've ever left Del Frisco's disappointed. From start to finish the food was very mediocre and barely warm. Quality of the meat was well below expected and what this restaurant usually serves. Disappointing all around.
Service was great and made sure to take care of the waitress, it wasn't her fault. But they otherwise failed all around. There are way better ways to spend a couple hundred dollars.

Go elsewhere or be ready to spend hours waiting for over-seasoned, over-salted pricey food.
We visited for DFW Restaurant Week, ordered all three courses right away. The soup was great, but the short rib, filet mignon, asparagus and sides were so over-seasoned that it was hard to tell what you were eating.
We politely provided our feedback to the waitress. In about 20 min the manager stopped by and suggested that NEXT TIME WE NEED TO LET THE STAFF KNOW ABOUT OUR PREFERENCES, so that THEY CAN PROVIDE GUIDANCE. Seriously? There were four of us, we all had the same feedback and she was telling us that maybe it's just our problem that we have special preferences.
She also told us that she'll be taking half off our ticket, but ended us only discounting $90 on an almost $400 bill.
Oh, and the service was so slow, that we ended up spending 2 hours and 40 minutes there. Most of that time we were just waiting for pre-fix, pre-ordered food.
