  Online pick up service. Online service is available prior to the store, actually opening up, however, front doors are unlocked early, and upon arrival five minutes before the order timeframe, was told by three different employees. We are not open yet, and they turned their back one of them actually went and got a manager. Manager did come out and he told me please give us a few minutes, no apology whatsoever. I commend chipotle for taking orders early, however, I think that this entire process could be improved by Simply adding a pop-up flag when placing a pre-opening order, that says the store will not open until 1045, please pick up your order after 1045 so we can continue to delight you Additional training might be provided to staff so that instead of simply saying we’re closed and turning away, somebody greeted customers with a light greeting and said good morning, we are still preparing your food, as opposed to simply telling me we’re closed and turning away. Commercials do a good job of setting the tone for the Restaurant, I am hopeful that the food on my visit on a Saturday is as good as the commercials and some of my prior experiences at different locations.

  Workers don’t know what they’re doing. Absolutely no regard of customers. Extra meat on a kids meal being $5.85 extra. Ridiculous. Never had that happen to me ever. Please get it together

  What is this?!?! This is my first time at this location and most certainly my last. Kid sized meal in an adult sized bowl. $13 for this is insanity. Not sure what the employee have against fill the bowl but y’all some haters in there fr. Never had issues with any other locations. Absolutely disappointed

  Terrible location. Slow service. The kids employed seem unmotivated and lack the hospitality. It took about 7 minutes for anybody to greet me or serve me. It was 9:00pm and they had hardly any food left (common sense would say to cook enough food throughout the day and if you notice you’re running low on something, cook more of it so you’re stocked up until closing) kids aren’t wearing hairnets and have their long greasy hair exposed. The kitchen looked disgusting. Very dirty. Will not be returning to this location. I left without ordering.

  This location is good but can be a little inconsistent. Most of the time when I come here the food and portions are good but one time they gave me a ton of rice and hardly any toppings and last time I went they gave me almost nothing but lettuce I live too far away to bring it back so it was very disappointing because it just tasted like lettuce and cilantro and nothing else and they forgot to put queso on it. Other than those two times my food has always been good and I've been going semi-regularly for about a year. The staff is always friendly and i do like to come here when I'm in the area.
