  Everytime I order takeout from here they never fail to give me horrible portions, I’m paying for a $16 burrito that I wouldn’t even pay $10 for. I get double chicken they give me not even regular serving, I order double rice and there’s barely any rice, it never fails for them to cheat my portions and I will never be here again

  This store has good days and bad days. Sometimes they run out of food after 9 pm. Sometimes they do not have enough personnel so the lines are long. Most of the time they are unapologetic. When it does go well, I am happy. Yet, I don't always want to risk it.

  Pretty disappointed by their cross-contamination. Went there yesterday, and I noticed there was a piece of steak in the cheese bin. I politely pointed this out to the employee, assuming they would say thanks for letting me know and take it out. Instead they just gave me a cheeky smile and started talking to the next customer. I’m not a vegetarian so it, but I know they have some options, and I can’t believe they just left it there after having it pointed out. I know mistakes happen, but I literally pointed it out and they looked at it and saw it, but just left it there. Get your act together dude.

  Was running behind and had to place a pickup order instead of watching them make my bowl... I know I know this is a horrible mistake a chipotle and I sure paid the price today. After mixing up my bowl with the lid on shake method (the only way to do it) I was greeted with a pitiful amount of food. Just a little sad because I usually have decent experience here but definitely disappointed today.

  This is a serious, health concerning, warning and this location/franchise should be closed or have a serious overhaul of staff and management. I am a fan of Chipotle but this location is should not represent the brand. Looking at the other Low star reviews and they all have the same complaint of cleanliness. And this issue is the direct cause of me getting extremely sick from what I got from there 2 days ago. Posted about it on my IG and someone else said that location made them sick too. Tried to call the location and let the manager know about the issue and I was directed to someone in customer service that was not local and there was a major language barrier to where she didn’t understand my issue. I am not saying don’t eat Chipotle, I am just saying go to a different location. There is one close in Plano off of Central Expressway and 15th Street. Week day lunch staff is great.
