  Save yourself the small portion size and a dollar more for some reason and go to the one on Preston. Double chicken is a standard f this place

  Four employees standing around chatting well one employee struggles, trying to repackage a soggy burrito and I’m just sitting there staring at these people while they’re carrying on their fun little conversation. Unbelievable. Can’t wait for the robots to take over.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle today around 12:26 PM. The food I was initially served was extremely salty and almost inedible. When I politely informed the employee and requested a replacement, I expected basic customer service and respect. Instead, the lady who assisted me was rude, dismissive, and showed no professionalism. While giving me the replacement bowl, she aggressively threw the bowl toward me rather than handing it over properly. Mistakes with food can happen, and I understand that. What is unacceptable is the way customers are treated when they bring up a legitimate concern. I was not asking for anything unreasonable—I simply wanted food that I could eat. Being treated with disrespect and hostility for requesting a replacement left a very bad impression. I have been to many Chipotle locations and have never experienced this level of poor customer service. Management should seriously address employee behavior and train staff on how to handle customer complaints with courtesy and professionalism. Based on today's experience, I would think twice before returning to this location. I felt humiliated by the way I was treated, and this experience fell far below the standards I expect from Chipotle

  6.6.2026 Vivan gets five stars for his service today. He may not have greeted me right away but we made eye contact as he was transitioning from one customer to myself. Mind you, what gets him five stars is the fact that he did two things that I have not viewed in two other Chipotles in the North Dallas area in the last four days. 1. Vivan took off his gloves to handle the purchase transaction for one customer. When he was done with her, he went and washed his hands, and then got fresh gloves before coming to help me. In addition, all I got from here is rice. He charged me less than $2 where two other Chipotles (📛📛📛📛on Legacy Road in Plano and also on Custer and 121 in the Plano McKinney area) charged me almost $4 for this same exact order. 📛📛📛📛 Thank you Vivan for your service!
