  I usually have a pretty good experience here but today 08/21/26 around 7:30 was the first time I experienced bad service. First of all my order was supposed to be ready by 7:30 but at that time they hadn’t even started working on it. No problem. I went back to my car for a few minutes and came back at 7:40 and it was ready. Got home with my food and both of my bowls barely have any chicken in them. I’m talking about 4 to 5 pieces total. I didn’t realize it until I was half way finished with my bowl and realized I’m eating mostly rice and vegetables. I also ordered 2 orders of chips and salsa and both bags of chips look like the picture I shared and they are also really salty. Customer service wasn’t that good so the next time I order from here, I think I will go to the restaurant and see who is on shift before placing an order.

  Hello, Please help me understand something. I went to get the bogo at the Chipotle closest to my house which 12 min round trip, so let's say 20 min tops to go, order and get home to eat. However, that wasn't able to happen because of the following situation. I walk in from the side door at 3:00, where the employee can clearly see me walking in. Yet, she turns around to talk to the cook. Then when she does turn around, minutes later, I clearly ask her in English, not quietly and clearly in school spirit, Texas longhorns shirt Me: are you guys honoring the spirit bogo offer? Her: You want a bowl? Me: I said hang on, and showed her my email Her: oh you have pick up while looking an pointing at the 3rd party shelves. Me: nevermind. The point, she obviously didn't speak, understand or comprehend what I was talking about. Being in customer service for over 20 years, this employee should not be the only one behind the counter taking orders and she clearly was the only one. While the manager or lead was interviewing someone off to the side. The reason, I even asked if they were honoring the bogo is because one time about a year ago, I went to the same one and again the employee didn't have a clue what I was talking about. I thought maybe the staff, could e gotten better in that time, nope. Worse! What's even more mind blowing is this location is in Plano, tx of Central expressway which Is a highly populated area because of the hwy being near Plano parkway, downtown Plano, and a couple of busy gas stations. What's the point in having that location of management clearly isn't managing it even at standards. As said, I said nevermind, left then had to drive an extra 30ish minutes west from where I live (in 107 F with the ac laughing at me, construction and a school zone) round trip to go to another Chipotle, which was staffed properly, all spoke English and actually understood what I was talking about with the bogo when I asked. The only sad part about here is I felt like the protein portion for the steak was on the small side, like maybe 10-12 pieces of steak. But hey, at least the understood my order. Very disappointed, I nor other customers should have to drive to different chipotle's to order with or without bogo going on.

  This is by far the worst chipotle I have been to. Out of the last 10 times that I have eaten here 6 of them have been bad experiences. The two big issues I have is that they either drown my bowl with bean water or they skimp on the amount of protein they give. I have given this place many chances mostly because it is a convenient location relative to my office but today is my last time eating here.

  My pickup order was stolen and the manager and lady working the register were very nice about helping me out and remaking my order. I appreciated their hospitality.
