I was so impressed when i walked in and got greeted by the manager himself with warmth and enthusiasm to serve. He asked me if it was my first time there and I said yes. I also wasn’t familiar with chipotle menu. Angel took his time explaining to me. I’m gluten intolerant; he went ahead and advised the server on my diet restriction, the server carefully made sure there was no cross contamination. I got served with smiles, even when I ate my food I still tasted the warmth in the service. I definitely recommend this chipotle especially to people with dietary restrictions. Just make them know and they will be on top of the game. Thank you so much Angel Lopez you’re an amazing and awesome manager. You don’t take your work as just a job but you clearly have customer satisfaction at heart. I’m a happy customer and will definitely be happy to go back to this Chipotle!!!!
- JMJB MoneyApr 9, 20263.0Based on the other reviews i dont think corporate will be making any changes BUT today was tough...i got double meat and the poor child making my bowl must have had autism or social anxiety....no eye contact...rushed through making the bowl...damn near threw the ingredients in the bowl....SMALLEST PORTIONS EVERRRRRRRRR....yes i just simply asked for more because i wasnt going to pay without being satisfied. Something was just off with the young man and i legit come here all the time Saturday after the gym and Sundays after church lile the regular employees know me and i have never had any complaints with the service, the portions, the line, everyone is so nice n friendly....this dude today LEGIT had to ask for more of every single ingredient he threw in the bowl....i went Thursday around 5p...lesson learn: i only trust the opening shift staff...their professionalism is awesome 💙
