We noticed that our portions were noticeably smaller than those given to the male customers in our group, despite ordering comparable items. The difference was significant enough that several of us noticed it. The service also left a lot to be desired. Staff members were frequently on their phones and interactions felt very short and dismissive. We didn’t expect anything over the top, just consistent portions and friendly, attentive service. Hopefully this was an off day, but based on our experience, there is definitely room for improvement in both consistency and customer service.

Needless, to say, it nice to walk into this location, see it fully staffed, teamwork, and comradery. Food hit the spot, just wish it had a tad more steak felt like there was only about 10-12 pieces. 😌 Just thankful, they were able to happily serve the food and knew about the bogo.

Swetha, a new team member who prepared our food, was incredibly sweet and pleasant. The wonderful service makes coming back worthwhile for more than just the food.
