  TERRIBLE! When I ask for chicken they are super stingy and barely put any in. When I ask for double (I don’t mind paying extra) they barely put any more in. It’s a joke!!! Then they give you attitude when you ask them why do they do that!? I HATE THIS LOCATION. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Service is -2 out of 10.

  Just ordered delivery and the entire meal was disappointing. The chips were stale, the rice in both the burrito and bowl was undercooked and crunchy, and the bowl had only one small piece of protein that was mostly fat. This was a complete waste of money and dinner. I’m out $50, and Chipotle won’t help because the order was placed through Uber.

  the ladies and guy up front are super nice and always ensure fresh food. however, the older guy in the back is always having an attitude when i come in. today i come in and get a burrito for my fiancé and i… and i ask for plain white rice. the old guy in the back when asked by the nice lady up front to get some rice, gave the rudest look to me and her and rolled his eyes then slammed the rice on the counter for her to grab. if you don’t like working some place then don’t work there. simple solution. i understand bad days but he’s always giving an attitude to customers and employees when i come in. hopefully he can find some joy in each day so he doesn’t have to reflect on others :/

  EDIT: Went here again, about two weeks back. same time, one hour before close. place was busy. but once again they were completely out of the honey chipotle chicken. none on the main line, none in that side area. cannot make this shit up. what a clown company. I can see why Cava is making inroads. what a joke Chipotle has become. cant make rice properly. cant even plan an hour ahead for demand. what are we even doing here? between this and the woman below who found a maggot in her food. I think Im done w chipotle for two years this time instead of just one year. ORIG: went here like two months back to order the honey chicken or whatever I kept seeing ads for. hadnt been to chipotle in probably a year before then because of the trash portions, and just generally messed up food (undercooked crunchy rice before this). well what do you know, it was exactly one HOUR before close. tried to order it. theyre all out. do they have more almost ready to go? no. I did end up ordering a regular chicken bowl and thankfully the eice was normal and so were the portions. but bruh I came for the honey chicken. dropped from 2 to 1 star. only plus is they actually filled the bowl but thats about it. what a joke. Holding off on chipotle for another year I guess. Qdoba has been picking up some slack for me.

  if I could rate this zero star, I would the service was horrible. I went in And my chips are really still I asked for another bag because my chips are really still and the workers told me that the chips were made in the morning mind you it was 6 PM by then that’s insane. Then on top of that I tried to sit and eat my food, but I just really didn’t want to. I got home and ate my bowl a couple hours later and I find this really fattening piece. Just a bunch of gristle. It was disgusting. I mean good to know the steak was fresh. I guess still disgusting to eat, though I was really disappointed with my service, it was very disappointing 0/10.
