They see you walk in and don’t even acknowledge you, like there’s no one standing at the counter waiting to be helped. Then, when they finally serve you, they try to give you the smallest amount of food possible. EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here, it’s the same thing. Absolutely terrible.

If you are people of color and not having the same accent as theirs, be ready to be the mockery for the staff. Even if it is a quick pick up fast food corner, little experiences shape your day and certainly one doesn't deserve to be laughed upon and muttered all through the visit. Shame on you Chipotle staff!!

Came in 15 minutes before closing and apologized for coming in so late just for the employee to respond ” yeah it is a bad time for you to come in”. Rang us up and walked away, I tried to get my points but he left, couldn’t get a receipt. Leave us less than one scoop of meat when we ordered double because he didn’t want to get another one out, gave us a drizzle of sour cream because he didn’t want to get anymore out. Horrible experience and will not be going back to this location! Please change your hours if employees are going to treat customers like this when they come in during open hours.
