Never thought of the day I'd give a Chick-fil-A one star. I ordered at the Mobile Drive Thru line on a Sat night, the lines were not moving at all. Mobile line was much slower than the regular. Staff was walking from car to car asking people's name. Seems like they do not have a system in place. People were getting their food out of order, so even if you have your food, you can't get out of the line. This Chick-fil-A is unorganized, even for normal drive-thru standard. The staff also seem unhappy and disinterested, which is very different compared to a normal CFA. I hope they'll turn things around or corporate will get involved, else it is very sad to see the direction CFA is heading.

I’ve Been visiting this location for eight years now even before they built the new building where luby’s use to be. I never had a bad experience until today this evening, I placed a mobile order online two fried chicken sandwiches just the entree’s both plain with just Colby jack cheese and no pickles and a large order of fries. One of the sandwiches was on a multi grain bun and one on a regular white buttery bun. One of the sandwiches was correct the one with the multi grain bun and the other one was incorrect they did a chicken club sandwich in a box on white bun with Colby Jack cheese, bacon, lettuce and tomatoes. The cashier in the front had a great attitude re-ran up the sandwich and they still brought it out incorrect for the second time a grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, bacon and American cheese which was incorrect again. This was now their third time to get the Sandwich correct the guy manager came out with a bad attitude wasn’t even trying to resolve the issue just taking his time moving real slow two other managers sat back and watched. They brought the sandwich out for the fourth time and it on a white bun with pepper cheese and pickles which was incorrect again at this point this is the fourth time manager gives me the same sandwich back again with the pepper jack cheese and pickles which was not the correct order again. At this point we requested a refund he ignored us and walked towards the back with the sandwich that was incorrect for fourth time. Long story short the cashier gave us some fresh hot fries since my fries got cold which the manager should’ve done in the beginning. The fifth sandwich was finally correct, I must say this was a very bad experience after 8 years of coming to this location not sure if I will return to this location again I’m so disappointed with the lack of training of the staff and management so disappointing. plus, I must add when going through the drive thru because this was a mobile order the staff should check the orders before giving them to the customers I understand it’s always busy but better customer service skills and communication can better help this location do better.

your manager is rude. I was in the drive-through on August 18 430. It’s 110° out. The employee was working by herself with at least 10 cars in line no help then her iPad overheated and she went in so I went in to order and I told the manager that she was out there by herself with a long line and he didn’t care. He totally just ignored and I said I think she should get some help and then he has me my food doesn’t even ask me if I need any sauces or anything very unprofessional plus he shouldn’t have one employee and 110° weather that’s ridiculous

Today we came through this drive-through and there were many problems we encountered. Normally, you go to Chick-fil-A and encounter squared-away young men and women working. Not today. These kids need more training. You can also tell the attitude of their leadership based on how they act when they are interacting with others. To start, nobody here understands line control. They put the slowest possible person on the front of the line taking orders, backing the entire operation up. Then we get around the corner and wait for the food in the line, and the kid that brought out food while there was still a good 5-7 cars in front of us and stuck in line walks away as my husband is trying to make a complaint to him. He just turned and waved us off. This 16-year-old child treating actual adults like he’s an adult and showing his poor customer service is something y’all should be embarrassed about. If you don’t believe me, take a look at your drive-through security footage. It’s all there. He drops the food with us, my husband was speaking, he literally waves us off and turns and walks away. When my husband said something about him walking away while he was trying to complain about the service, he turned back, but at that point, it would have fallen on deaf ears, so why continue wasting breath on a kid who’s just walking back because he was called out for walking off and already didn’t care? Do better, people.

On August 11, we visited Chick-fil-A for dinner. The restaurant appeared to be well staffed, with only a few customers in the dining area, although the play area had quite a few families. After ordering, I walked around looking for a booth for our family. I quickly realized that approximately 3–5 booths were empty because they were dirty. I brought this to the attention of a staff member, who was polite and thanked us for letting him know. Unfortunately, my family ended up piecing together the few clean tables and chairs we could find so that all six of us could sit together. We were only in the restaurant for about 30 minutes, and the areas shown in the photos were never cleaned during our entire visit. I understand that restaurants get busy, and tables can certainly become dirty throughout the day. What was disappointing was seeing a well-staffed restaurant with several unoccupied tables that remained dirty for the entire time we were there. For a restaurant known for its customer service and cleanliness, this was not the experience I expected. Hopefully management can address this with the team, because having clean and available seating should be a basic part of the dining experience.
