    Quick and always friendly staff. Mobile order only since thru lane at this location. Prices keep us away longer then we'd like for a young growing family but we always enjoy when we go.

    They put their food runners as safety risk. Drive thru lane is long. Then you get to the end and they tell you to pull to the front and park in the mobile order spots with your hazards on. But all the spots are taken. So you have to “park” near the mobile order spots next to each he curb. So the food runner kid has to dart across the parking lot where cars are frantically moving and turning. And then. On top of all of this. They get your order wrong. Specifically asked for a receipt. No receipt given. Specifically asked for specific sauces. No sauces in the bag at all. Did I ask for pepper jack cheese on my sandwich? No, but they thought I wouldn’t notice and they gave me something I didn’t order anyway. So i had to turn around after getting out of the lot, only to return and TRY to find a spot because for some reason people keep coming back despite these types of terrible experiences. Then I have to go in to the store (when i picked the drive thru so that I wouldn’t have to get out of my car) to find this kid who is “just doing his job” (he was very polite by the way. It’s not his fault. He’s not management.) and then they “fix my order” by getting me a correct sandwich and tossing in sauces in my bag. And then they think the frustration can be fixed by giving me cookies. Chickfila, your customer’s time cannot be bought with cookies. It’s not hard to read an order and put the correct items in a bag.

    So far iv been too a couple chick fil a restaurants & never had an issue, but im not so sure about this time. I had been driving a couple hours from a trip & decided to take a break & go eat at chick fil a. As soon as i got there, instead of ordering i sat down to take a call, & to my surprise i see a roach under my table. I left immediately & my appetite was lost. Do better chick fil a.

    Went in for coworkers for my lunch today and decided to try the new Jalapeño Ranch Sandwich. The problem was that I had already ordered, so I went up to the front and asked one of the managers on duty to see if they could exchange my order for the new sandwich. Without hesitation she took my receipt and was able to give me that sandwich free of charge even though my food had already come to the table. On the way out, she personally asked me how it was and remembered my name. I wish I would’ve gotten hers! Shout out to the manager on duty today wearing black glasses! 😎

    I usually have a great experience at this Chick-fil-A, which is why this visit was so disappointing. This is the location I go to all the time, and their service is always amazing. That’s why I was really surprised by what happened during this visit. We ordered the jalapeño club and clearly mentioned multiple times that we needed it without bacon, as I cannot have bacon. When we received our order, we double-checked like we always do, and to our surprise, it had bacon on it. We kindly asked for it to be remade. Instead, they took the sandwich back, removed the bacon, and tried to give it back to us. We politely asked for a completely new sandwich, since we could have just taken the bacon out ourselves. The employee then handed the sandwich off to someone named Kayla, who rolled her eyes and said “oh my God” in a frustrated tone. That reaction was very unprofessional and made the whole situation uncomfortable. After that, I honestly felt uneasy about eating the remade sandwich. I’ve never experienced service like this at this location before, which is disappointing considering how consistently great it usually is. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because this location has always been one I trusted.
