  This was my first time shopping at Central Market while picking up items for a hotel guest, and I’ll admit I was a little overwhelmed by the layout at first. The one-way design was new to me, and finding specific items took a bit longer than expected. I even found myself spending quite a while in the pasta sauce aisle looking for basil pesto for a pizza order! Thankfully, Ms. Susan noticed that I was having trouble and kindly offered to help. She was incredibly patient, friendly, and knowledgeable, and she helped me find the last few items on my guest’s list. Her willingness to step in and assist made the rest of my shopping experience so much easier and less stressful. I truly appreciate Susan taking the time to help me, especially while I was trying to make sure I had everything our guest needed. Her kindness and customer service really stood out. Thank you, Susan, for making my first Central Market experience such a positive one! I’ll definitely be back.

  Central Market Plano...I stopped in while visiting from Austin. Really helpful bakery team. So nice, and they gave me some great samples (even a couple for the road). Hatch Chile Festival has wrapped up, so they didn't have any more blue corn cookies. They did have some of the really moist chocolate chip with hatch chiles left. Beautiful, big store. I've visited before, but haven't taken the time to explore this location until tonight. Well-stocked, sparkling clean.

  Unfortunately, once again, I had a bad experience at this Central Market location. The staff was unnecessarily rude. I really like the selection here, especially since it’s one of the few places where I can find fresh natural juice. At this point, I’d rather pay for delivery than shop in person and have another experience like this. Great products, but the customer service really needs improvement.

  Over the past year, I've noticed a significant decline in customer service at this location. I've experienced multiple issues with curbside and delivery orders, including incorrect items, delayed deliveries, and orders that never arrived. Each time, the explanation has been that the issue was with Favor, but as a customer, I placed my order through Central Market and expect the experience to be managed from start to finish. Most recently, I placed a delivery order that was never delivered - i called the store directly when it was over 30 minutes late. When I called the store, I was told my order had been sitting there because no driver had picked it up. No one from the store called me when they saw my order never got picked up I also spoke with a manager, who told me to ask for him when I came to pick up my order. Unfortunately, that wasn't a solution. I paid for delivery because I was unable to come to the store. Beyond an apology, there was no effort to resolve the situation or offer an alternative, so I requested that the order be canceled. I still have not seen confirmation that the cancellation has been processed. I need this order cancelled, I need a confirmation sent to my email that the order is cancelled - I don't need an order that's 2 hours late that's been sitting in a back at your store for that time period

  Don’t know where to start. Just to say. I’m so disappointed with the treatment I received by a cashier. I enjoyed going to this store to fill my instacart orders. The rules so called changed, for instacart shoppers. We are no longer allowed to check out our own orders. Which I totally understand and respect. So I had 2 orders to complete. I went to a register, where this older lady attended me. She just checked out my orders and just pushed all my items and groceries aside. I asked if she or someone there was going to sack my items. She replied. “I’m a cashier” we don’t sack peoples groceries. Which was a totally out right lie. She had just sacked the lady’s groceries before me. Which I replied I don’t want any issues and will do it myself. Don’t understand how the cashiers picks and chooses whose groceries they want to sack. Why would I go get in line and still have to sack my orders. If I was doing it perfectly and quicker than the check out lines, myself. Every time I go. The store floor employees are always happy to help me, find certain items. Which made me want to choose this Central Market for my instacart deliveries. I take my shopping job very seriously and enjoy doing it for my customers. There was no reason for that remark by that older lady cashier. Just haven’t been there in sometime. Going to pick a different store that appreciates me. Central Market .. You definitely need to give All your employees a customer service training course. So disrespectful and unprofessional of her. This just didn’t happen once, I have treated like this several times before. Don’t want to turn it into a racial issue. But, that’s the way I feel. Central Market I expected so much better!!
