  Sophia and dj served me down the line and I don’t think I’ve ever had a better cava experience than I’ve had today. So what If it’s expensive it tasted really good and the all food was fresh. I’m definitely coming back💪💯🤭.

  Love this location - the staff and management is so kind. I placed an online order and came in much earlier than it’s ready time and they let me go down the line and complete it early. I really appreciated that effort.

  Very disappointed by what I witnessed during my visit. A customer had his child standing on the counter directly over the food and food-preparation area. The child’s feet were on the same surface where food was being handled and served to customers. I found this extremely unsanitary and was honestly disgusted. I understand CAVA cannot control every customer’s behavior, but I was surprised that this was allowed to happen without staff addressing it, especially considering the obvious food-safety and cleanliness concerns. I hope management takes situations like this seriously and ensures that food preparation and serving areas remain sanitary.

  This was the most disappointing Cava experience I’ve had. Today I placed an order on Cava’s app at 12:26 pm and got a pick up time of 1:15pm, now I understand the lunch rush can be busy but to walk in to the restaurant relatively empty already started this off bad. Only one person was working the pickup section which I’m sure added to the time. To make matters worse, another pick up asked to get his bowl taken from pick up and finished in the regular line which they agreed to. However when I asked and I was told my food was “almost ready” and it still took about 5-7 minutes. Once I received my order with only 6 minutes left on a 1 hour break, I’m given the wrong order! Upon returning, all I was offered was a verbal “i owe you” from the manager after a 1 hour wait and wrong food. My order was remade and honestly it was a sad excuse for a cava bowl. It was so over saturated with sauce that it was a complete waste of money. I honestly couldn’t believe my experience , especially with the area this location is in. Bad Look

  The view got the 1 star. Terrible service , rice not cooked , lentils not cooked , a bunch of kids working in there who don’t care. No forks out, no ice in the ice machine. All of the workers talking and on their cell phones. One good worker could replace all 5 kids working there. Terrible . I have been to many cava locations, this one was the first bad experience I’ve had. The view if the water falls were beautiful. To management. You’re wasting ur money on teens who don’t work!
