  Tried the Falafel Crunch and Harissa BBQ Pita Chips, and both were amazing! The Falafel Crunch was fresh, flavorful, and had a really nice combination of textures. The Harissa BBQ Pita Chips were crispy, well-seasoned, and packed with flavor. I also really liked how clean and well-maintained the place was. Everything looked fresh and inviting.

  I'll admit, I was pretty hesitant to try Cava. Going to a casual restaurant in a place like Legacy West seemed quite odd, especially considering how far I had to drive. This was also one of my first experiences with Mediterranean food, and I was quite unsure if it would fit my palate. Nevertheless, I mustered up all the courage I had, and walked through the doors. I was utterly shocked by the amount of people in the restaurant, but more importantly, at the composure and pace of the employees. They probably served over a hundred customers in the hour or so I was there, and still managed to keep a friendly smile and polite attitude towards each and every customer. As someone who works in the food industry, I know just how hard that was. I would like to highlight a specific employee, Erin. Erin's cheerful attitude calmed the initial nervousness I had, and assisted me through the ordering process, recommending me her favorite protein, sauces, and vegetables. And I must say, the bowl itself was absolutely amazing. The hearty, hot chicken and crispy acidity of the pickled onions complimented each other perfectly, swirling together in a pas de deux of deliciousness. In addition, the amount of sauce they provided on the side was absolutely perfect. Whether you enjoy a saltier or more mild bowl, you are free to choose by adjusting how much sauce you add. I rarely find myself finishing a meal at a restaurant, but I absolutely demolished my bowl at Cava. The portions were extremely generous, especially for the price. Although you might not expect it, Cava is the best restaurant in the entire Legacy West Complex and I would highly recommend you all to try it.

  I came to CAVA for dinner and these two girls named Sophia and Erin provided amazing service! When I came in with my friends they greeted us with warm smiles and a very clean place! I was ordering with Erin and she was very patient with my order because I didn’t know what I was going to get originally but she gave me very helpful and polite tips! I rate this place beyond a 5/5 stars and I will be back ASAP!!! 😆🥗
