  Tried the Steak Harissa bowl and it was seriously so good. The steak was tender and flavorful, and the harissa added the perfect amount of spice without being overwhelming. Everything tasted really fresh and the flavors worked so well together. Definitely one of the best bowls I’ve had from here.

  Big thanks to Ivan and the entire CAVA team. Whenever I visit, everything is excellent, from the services to how everyone treats me. The service here is superb, and you will find Ivan making sure all the customers are well-served. It’s evident that the employees work hard and do what it takes to make the customers feel special. The food is fresh, the restaurant is clean, and the services are first-class. This is my favorite eating spot for various reasons, including the environment and the workers.

  I walk in just wanting pita chips and cucumber drinks like I do everyday I get in line and the 2 person that taking the order ignored me and didn’t Acknowledge that I was in line then she turned around and asked was I picking up a order okay first off pick up are all on the self when you walk in do it look like I’m picking up a order that just rubbed me the wrong way and the lady with the wrap around her head was very rude checking me out I never had this experience before I just didn’t like it and what went on . It should not matter what color a person is all should be treated equally!

  Ali was super friendly and warm. Very good interaction with him. The hot chicken is always good. I understand it’s likely a corporate decision and not the locations decision, but I likely won’t be back unless they bring back the tahini Caesar dressing.I get a very plan order and that was what brought it all together for me.

  I had a great experience at CAVA in Plano today! I stopped by around 1:30 PM on a Friday, right in the middle of the lunch rush and the team was incredibly quick and efficient. The line moved smoothly, and the staff were very generous with the portions (which I definitely appreciate!). I hate that I forgot to catch their names, but the workers today were exceptional and kept everything running like a well-oiled machine. The storefront was also very clean and well maintained, which made the whole experience even better. One thing I really appreciated was that when one of the proteins was running low, the server didn’t try to scoop the last dry bits. She asked for a fresh batch and served me that instead. I really value that kind of attention to quality. I also tried the sweet tea they recently brought back, and it was delicious! Overall, such a well-run location with fantastic service. I’ll definitely be back.
