  The food is good, but the service is abysmal. Many fresh and light food options. Enjoyed the Greek chicken bowls, but the veggie falafel bowl was so-so. The girl at the register was unfriendly to the customers and openly hostile to the two guys making the bowls. It made our experience very awkward. I've been excited to try this place for a while, but I won't go back.

  Everyone knows Cava is going to deliver on great fresh food! My favorite at the Plano location is at the end when I talk to Yaneli, my first time going to cava I was reading from my phone and forgot a few things it was busy, and she was so patient with me didn't rush, didn't give me a dirty look just a smile. Her conversation and patience impressed me I came back the very next day. She recognized me and smile! I said you're so awesome I had to come back again! She's awesome! And keeps the line moving!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing experience at CAVA! The staff was so sweet, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. Everyone provided excellent customer service, and the food was fresh and delicious. It’s clear they truly care about their customers. I’ll definitely be back!

  I have come here several times this was the first time I had an issues. Here with my sis. She order a kids meal. Ever thing was great until she began to eat the saffron rice. She said it's salty. When I tasted the rice I could feel the grains of salt on my tounge😝 has to spit it out informed management and talked to three people. All you heard was want some more rice. The atmosphere here has changed. I dont think I will be back.

  This was my first visit to Cava and it was a great experience. The service was friendly and the food was excellent. I've been looking for good salad places, and this one hits the mark with flavorful and unique protein and topping options. I have been hesitant to try the restaurant thinking it was another fast casual Mediterranean place like Luna Grill. Now I know why it has such good reviews. When trying to eat healthy, there is nothing worse than a boring salad with basic ingredients and generic dressings. This salad hits the spot. Much better than Chipotle and Freebirds.
